It doesn't mean people are actually diagnosing them as narcissists, but it's just a way of describing their behavior. The term narcissistic can be used as an adjective as well, not just a disorder. True narcissists absolutely exist, but I also think some people make grand armchair diagnostics about others to try to position themselves as victims in their personal ‘stories’. And they use therapy buzzwords to try to add extra weight to their feelings and make them sound more logistic.

I think Troyce went too hard but I agree with him. That business took it like an average person would take it if an influencer asked to pay them in exposure. I don't care if it could help me in "that" way and generate more business, all I care about is that I need money to help me pay my bills now. I don't care if thats the norm for you, it's not the norm for me. If you're in public and your partner is acting wild people are going to look and expect you to check them. If you won't call your partner out then you're just as bad as them. DDG may have added more fuel to the fire and it was his words not Halle's but he's HER MAN. She probably has a bigger influence than him so if she also felt he was wrong she should've told him to apologize to the lady and post that his original tweets were wrong. I think Troy doesn’t understand the nature of the business honestly. The influencer was not asking for free stuff, she was offering her services and advertisement. The reality is that a lot of people will see an influencer video about a product and may buy it. If you know your following, you know the type of deals you can make and the product or service advertised could see revenue. Trust me, it’s better for an influencer to get a free meal or a night stay at a hotel then paying them for their reach. 😂
