Thanks a ton Prepscholar GMAT. I recently wrote my gmat and got 680, while I was just expecting 600. The free video content really helped me a lot to identify my weakness and to refine my preparation, Especially your tips on RC and SC. Always grateful to Erika and team.

Thanks for this incredible video. Allow me to share my story. I started preparing for GMAT in July this year. I wasn't particularly good with the Quant section. So, for the next two and a half months, I focused primarily on the Quant section. Now, I studied fifteen hours a week on average. For some weeks, I studied almost 20 hours a week. I had decided that I would master the Quant concepts. Days went by and eventually I completed studying each concept thoroughly. It was about time that I took my first GMAT mock. So I did, and to my surprise I really stuttered while attempting the mock. I wasn't nervous. I was just bad at doing the questions within time i.e. within two minutes. I scored 530 in my first mock. I was disappointed but I thought that score might be due to the fact that it was my first attempt. So I took another mock a day after my first mock. Unfortunately, I scored 540 this time. I was completely shattered. Here's me giving so many hours every week to GMAT, and the results were pathetic. Right now, this is where I stand. I think I've hit a plateau. This video has made me feel that all is not over. That I can still get over it and score my dream score of over 700. Hopefully. Also, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Erika for her brilliant videos. If you happened to read this comment, remember that there is someone out there who is full of gratitude for you, and who, perhaps, has also developed a little crush over you. Haha. But really you've done a brilliant job through your videos. Please keep doing it. Thank you.

That was informative. If you could make a video on daily study schedule and questions to target on a daily basis, that'll be a great help.

I got a little emotional by the end of the video, it's just I have been studying for the last 4 months and I'm still at 500. My quants score is around 40 and I am able to improve on it but my verbal is very poor around 20 in all 3 mocks that I have taken and I feel helpless, I have taken classes for GMAT but even after all the tips and tricks, the strategies my timing in verbal section is pretty bad with poor accuracy in SC and RC. I am trying to time myself and understand through my mistakes but with only 40 days left for my exam, I hope I will be at least able to score a decent score of more than 80% if not 90%. otherwise, I would have to take the exam again which might put a toll on my mental health at this point cause I haven't done much during this pandemic to further my career but prepare for GMAT and now taking more time off for the same thing won't be an easy decision to make :(

Don't worry, colleges are waiving the GMAT these days.

I gave up on this test and did the GRE. Guess the GMAT does not resonate with me at all.
