Great video 🙏! It's right that when you have a lot of notes, you should not layer a lot. But when you have less notes, you can layer to make your sound more full. It depends on what you want to do.

SXINT never sidechain on trap beats lol. I would say just cut off the low end on melodies like usual . Bass notes fill up the mid frequencies as well

For me, i use panning and stereo Seperation and then i single out the melody and 808 and eq the melody to the bass. And the kick doesnt matter b/c itll punch through either way

I usually pan or put the melody slightly in stereo and eq a bit out of the bass so its clean so if you do that you should be fine
