Why Your Potted Trees FAIL!

In this video we will discuss how potted trees fail due to girdling roots. When root grow out to the edge of a pot they will circle the pot, which is fine until the diameter of the tree trunk exceeds the diameter of the circling roots. As the tree tries to expand and grow the circle of roots will pinch off the tree and make it tip over.
This tree also had rot and mold spotting under the bark. This occurred because the tree was planted too deep in the soil.
