It's a shame that the cost of Strongholds is proportionate to the number of villages a tribe controls, rather than tribe points. This makes strongholds expensive unless your pits are built up in all villages. Which makes it expensive in early game :( It's only feasible in late game. Most players are snobbed before ever being able to use this otherwise interesting game feature. It's basically a noob trap coz noob dukes will build them too soon anyways, sending out CMs mandating resource contributions from all members only to find out it's too expensive (with pits lvl 24) Whenever building one is brought up, some members will warn their duke no to do it, coz of past experiences. Theoretically it would be very cool to have a nuke that hits bigger tribes harder but with pits 24 it'll just be a drain on res that'll be blamed on the leaders. Also, given the fact that it takes so long to recruit a proper nuke and you cant start in early game, it requires an extremely stable tribe with all active members to be able to caugh up the fortune it costs and keep it safe until you can finally use the nuke. Really, what would be the problem to make the cost proportionate to tribe points!?
