The Agincare and many like them built a structured site to vet your qualifications as you apply...if you don't have one...you are out immediately even before you finish the application. Especially the area of degree and diploma in health and social care....that's where many dropped out. Again all the questions are interconnected, if you say yes in a question, the next 3 to 4 questions under it has to be yes also because they are connected and each question demands a follow up documents to be uploaded there and then. To be honest, it is very hard to get a company In UK needing an international employee without grounded experience and proper certifications...that's 1% in 100.

Hi Nanelle, thank you for doing what you are doing, really helpful. So my issue is I did apply for the Healthcare Assistant Vacancy with the Company you mentioned, but was unsuccessfully. I dont why,? I have very good experience, of over actually 10 yrs in Care Industry, with Qualification they wanted, that is NVQ 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care - Adults. I got the experience and Qualification when lived and worked in UK past years. Bu still unsuccessful. Why !! ??

Based on my observations it seems as though they are mainly interested in recruiting Indians and a small number of Africans/black ppl . The success stories from black ppl is significantly lower, than the success stories from persons who are Indians. They don't seem as diverse. Just take a look at their fb page. Anyways don't give up guys keep researching and apply to other care homes.

on your first video, I checked the company's website via your direct link. 1. You need to be at least 1 year certified in social/health care. 2. there was a country specific listing with limited (mostly African) countries, and once you didn't fall under 1 of those, the questionnaire wouldn't proceed to allow the applicant to apply.
