Sadly Dusty Hill, the bassist died and the other 2 decided to not replace him as they were a trio for so many years. Tommy did this so well and kept the fun of ZZ Top going

Dusty Hill was replaced. The drummer, Frank Beard, is the only band member that cant grow a beard. 😂
