just followed all this and my bass sound still sucks....logic pro amp designer is not good at all, I've tried everything and the results are always shit

Same here, it's always buzzy, muddy and slightly distorted, no matter how you tweak it. It may work well for rock or metal, but a clean punchy sound is better achieved with a real bass amp.
