YES THIS WORKS, The error was because I was using a comma, but using a semicolon fixed it.

@@chinturaj3919 I had to work my way around this, I counted one and minused it with the other. Like done the count of those equal or more than 65% and minused it with the count of 75% or more. formula I used is here. =COUNTIF($K$5:$K$65,">=60%")-COUNTIF($K$5:$K$65,">=75%") . I'm sure ​ @Work Smarter Not Harder has a better solution :-)

Answered most of my question. Using your example need to determine minutes to complete BETWEEN 45 and 60. I've tried a number of combination's but not getting correct results.

a question please, I am working on a sheet for electric bill, so there is rate difference by units consumed, if units consumed are less than 100 the rate is different, is its less then 200 its different and so on so forth for the each 100 units window. how can I set it up so that it automatically knows the value is less then 100 or 200 and with which number it has to multiply the value, please help. Hello @worksmarternotharder thank you for your excellent video. Maybe you could explain the solution to the following problem. What could I do if I had a cell which has the month number in it for example 2 for February depending what month has been selected at first and now I want to use the countifs to tell me how many contracts are still running after the month 2. I cannot type ">2" because the value keeps changing so it looks more like >$J$1. Do happen do have an idea?

Is there a way to add a formula within countif. Let's say you want =COUNTIFs(A:A, A:A+B:B>1). or is the only way to achieve this is to have another column contain the value for A:A+B:B>1.

I have a list of Drawing that need revised. I have 7 Drafters and 7 levels of completion all documented by date. In the dashboard I have a matrix Drafter by completion level. The formula I am using is =COUNTIFS(E:E,">=1/1/2022",D:D.,$D3). I copy it down and across and it works for everything up to date.
