There is a simple solution to the WIFI network problem on the Android Box. All you need to do is restore the TV Box to factory settings, then unplug it completely and hold the button hidden in the AV socket with a matchstick for a few seconds. After reconnecting, the WIFI will start working. In my case this helped! If it does not help, then you need to reload the software with Android 9. This is also easy. There are videos on the Internet how to do it. Good luck!

The antennas on these boxes are crap and android has shit drivers when it comes to support for USB dongles. Best to open it up and add a copper wire to the antenna ANT1 or ANT3 on the board.

En mi caso el modelo que tenia ese problema es el Q96 STICK 4K ULTRA HD, y al conectarlo al wifi, luego de 15 minutos siempre se perdía la conexión, después de hacer distintos ajustes nada funcionaba, pero a como comentó alguien del foro (@Tounce) probé cambiar los ajustes de mi router en la señal wifi de 2.4Ghz al canal 11 y el ancho de banda a 40MHZ e increíblemente eso resolvió el problema. Espero a ustedes les funcione.

Had same Problem on my H96 max 4/32gb.Wifi not detected.Tryed usb dongle as well without luck.Was detecting and connecting to Wifi hotspot from my mobilephone but not router. My solution was,,,,,Changed Wifi channel to 11 from Auto and Bandwith to 40mhz.( Asus router )
