Another very impressive video. I can’t figure out what the heck I’m doing wrong. We fished the exact same spot the day before with 6 snappers out and didn’t get a bite!! I just need to break the ice with the first one and then it’s on like donkey Kong!! Good job boys as always!!

Great Vid. Would not a fish grabber help getting those fish up and out quicker? I see Piscifun makes a good one. Keeps them fingers from freezing. I know the jaws are steel. I know you could finagle some kind of rubber tips on there somehow to be more gentle on the jaws.

The jaw jackers work much better than tip ups when fishing for trout. Most bait shops along the great lakes tributaries will sell spawn sacs

Amazon you need the spawn netting and thread to tie them. Tip ups wont work trout will drop the bait before you get a chance

Normally, it would be by now. We're a few degrees above normal for the next few weeks, so it may not until late January or early February... unusual year!
