We have a lot of allergies from the wide open plains blowing a lot through when it's windy. Otherwise not too bad

Im moving to Wichita in a few weeks for a job. Ill be renting for a year or so before I buy a home. My office is downtown and i like a short commute and a safe neighborhood. Are there any neighborhoods I should avoid renting in? Or unsafe places?

shark tank, planeview and oaklawn, the rest of the town has different characteristics, values and desires but those 3 are typically where most people avoid
