Nice review! I also was a bit confused by the title. Maybe it should have had a question mark after the title? Idk….I wasn’t expecting to hear your review the way it given! Good review but sort of contradicting from the title! I recently purchased a Land Pride 60” grapple …made of AR400 instead of the wicked 55 is AR450… I tried reaching out to EA and heard nothing back…heard they were way behind…..so I moved on! Then showing off my new grapple I caught Hell for not buying from EA …maybe they are better than most but I wasn’t given the chance to try it out! A lot of my purchases goes towards dealer support! Same reason I bought a kubota (and the quality). Many people asked why I bought a kubota because I could get a similar name brand tractor cheaper. Dealer support I said…my dealer is 15 Miles from me! My dealer has treated me well in the past so I bought a grapple from them! There’s is nothing that’s bullet proof under every condition! Like you I try not to over work my stuff and end up destroying it ….then bad mouth the manufacture! Your complaints were legit!

thanks, my main goal was to inform not bash. the title was borderline misleading but do people really want to hear nothing but good things about a product constantly? someone somewhere had to have an issue. that was me. since this video I have had a few other issues with it but since the feedback from EA was less than desirable, I just keep it to myself. I agree dealer support is important. I buy mostly from the dealer and honestly, I will never buy from EA again and I have several implements they have sold over the years. my grapple is ar400 not 450 EA only did that so they could claim 450 over every other manufacturer using 400 which really is all you need. the fact is we really don't know if they truly use 450 or just claim to. thanks for the kind words.

Wow, no one at EA seems to care how they put ‘em together. Two zip ties fix it? I think that hose contact would be obvious to the person putting it together. I do want a grapple. Grappling with the idea 😊. I have a third function valve installed last week.

That's too tight of a radius on that hose, needs a shorter hose with a long 90 adapter. Also round over and smooth out the sharp edges, I look for those kinds of problems on all new equipment before I use it, no manufacturers get everything right IME. Back dragging with the top works good but can spike hyd pressures up and blow hoses etc if you hook a stump. I added a cross-over relief valve in the clamp circuit to absorb shocks, different brand grapple.

that may help a little but the hose wrap is really for keeping busted hydraulic lines from spraying hot fluid on a person. its really not a wear resistant material. unless you are referring to some new type of wrap I'm unaware of.

you are right, for now its leaking like a screen door out one cylinder. so the hose is a none issue. going to break the cylinder apart one day and fix it. for now I rarely use it. I use forks for logs and brush most of the time. I do use it for leaves and stacks of small sticks I pick up around the yard. so I just been dealing with the leak. I may machine some Delrin to slip around the area or try something else entirely. just a poor design I guess. may never rub through the steel inner jacket just the outer rubber, of course then the steel will rust and weaken but may take a little time here in Va

I have a B2650 with BH77 backhoe and the EA Wicked 55 grapple. I leave the backhoe on my tractor when using the grapple, mainly for ballast, but also just because I don't want to take it off. I've never had the backhoe move due to opening and closing the grapple. The backhoe valves are separate from the loader 3rd function. Never had any trouble using both at the same time. I'm going to go check my hoses. Thanks. I also put expanded metal on mine, but on the back side of the mid-section, to keep stuff from poking through and getting hung up in the hydraulic lines or grill guard.

I never have issues with mine either, I love having this expanded metal on here. everytime I use the grapple I can see where the expanded metal has helped. just today my neighbor ask me to move some stuff at the back of his property and a lot of the stuff was rotten wood leaves and grass clippings with the added expanded metal I was able to move it all and dropped very little of it.

I have a 72” on my Kubota M6800. Be careful raking backwards with yours. My dealer said they repair a lot of them with bent Hyd cylinders. If you have a lot of down pressure on the grapple while raking backwards and hang a stump or rock, it can bend the ram. Expensive. Mine was built in TX. Beaumont I think. Very heavy duty. Great tool.
@daveknowshow
@daveknowshow 5 жыл бұрын
interesting I would think since the ram is retracted there would be less of a chance it would bend. however I never allow the top to dig into the ground and typically when I rake backwards its just to get up a loose pile . I prefer to use the your rake to do most of the raking into a pile, the box blade to rip up roots or the back hoe. I'm very cautious to not over stress my equipment.

@@daveknowshow Hi Dave, great to see you posting a videos again. Love your pool analogy , I guess that is why I like snooker so well, finesse compared to the slam bam , of some in 8 ball ? Busted hoses not only expensive, but real mess to clean up the tractor of hydro fluid every where. Would love to have a grapple, but in my shape and age hard to justify the expense, so far. Like a backhoe, which limits bottom clearance, where I go a lot of the time, like the creek, but would be great to remove stumps. Then again a real pain to hook up and unhook.

The power beyond circuit is completed through the back hoe when it’s attached so the pressure fluctuates on the valve body in the backhoe seen this a few times with other things attached as well your right just the mass of the implement shakes it a lot from its mass yes! But you might be getting some pressure flux due to the power beyond circuit as well try disconnecting that circuit but leave the back hoe attached if it stops surging well there you go just my opinion best of luck

The sip ties area good idea but a permanent way would be take a piece of tube say 1/2 EMT cut it about 1" or whatever fits (it looks like 1" X 2" channel that hose are in) split the tube and weld it over the short side of the channel where the hose rubs.
@daveknowshow
@daveknowshow 5 жыл бұрын
for sure there are better ways to more permanently fix the issue. since many here have very little means to weld or fab up stuff like that I figured I would first do a quick easy fix video. I may later do a more long term fix like what you described. maybe after the paint is beat up a little more. I hate welding on new painted stuff and having to repaint seems the paint never matches real well. good enough but not the same as new. thanks for the suggestion I have some stock around here that would work perfect for that. I could likely Tig weld that right in there quick and clean.

The backhoe is kicking when the third function is used because the main power behind line passes through the third function valve to redirect hydraulic power to the front implement. When the selenoid moves by pushing the hand buttons, it momentarily disrupt the power behond line making the backhoe shake a little bit. I guess that, when using the grapple a lot, if you find the backhoe startle anoying, you can simply disconnect the hydraulic power behond line.
@daveknowshow

mine dont seem to jump around much so its not an issue for me. I guess disconnecting the backhoe from the circuit may fix that problem if someone had it bad. of course any leak down on the backhoe could not be adjusted until you reconnected the lines back up

always glad to help out. I hope I wont to harsh on my review. it was not my intent to be. I like the grapple. as someone who has built and fabricated a lot of things over the years it is nicely built. the hose issue wont likely be a problem with the zip tie holding it but no one will ever convince me that a vibrating sharp piece of metal wont eventually cut through another piece of metal sheathing on a hydraulic line. it may take 5, 10, 20 years or more but eventually something will give and that something will likely be the hose that is trying to hold back high pressure hydraulic fluid. to deny that is lunacy and denies all logic and reasoning. its a slap in the face to the customer base as a whole in my honest opinion.

@@EverythingAttachments if you were smart you would see the positive potential in this review but you and your fanboys simply lack that ability. yes the title is click bait-ish, sarcasm, a joke call it what you want. if you were smart you would cash in on the fact that a hard sell customer that is NOT simply another EA FANBOY reviewed your product and still found it as a quality product. you would see this video as many will that it is an honest review with a humorist twist and NOT simply another fanboy making a bias advertisement for the CAN DO NO WRONG folks at EA. I thought my review was both honest and positive. I could have said the product is not worth the money at all you need to check your hoses and call in for warranty support and repair. NO I offered a logical quick easy fix that anyone can do. YOU on the other hand would come here and lead us to believe that you have some magical hydraulic hose that despite being against a vibrating sharp metal edge will NEVER fail! that is simply NOT true and a flat of lie! an a lie for what? your correct response should have been " we appreciate Dave bringing this to our attention we will certainly look into this and mean while we think if his remedy will ease the minds of our customers by all means install the zip tie. we appreciate any and all reviews of our products and welcome any suggestions people may have." this response would have went way better than what I have received from you and your fanboys. I feel I'm obligated to make another follow up video to this one in response to all these comments from EA and the EA fanboys. as far as views go I do this for pure enjoyment in helping others with their tractors and purchases. I review a few products from time to time. I run 1 ad on each video when everyone else runs 4 or more. I make on average 1 video every 4 months sometimes more sometimes less. you should be grateful my review was as positive as it was because I could have easily picked the product to pieces as you said yourself. oh they been in touch all ready this morning. although they never mentioned warranty and neither did I. instead they denied there was any issue. expecting us all to believe that two pieces of anything vibrating against each other with one being a sharp edge will never fail or ever be an issue. this just blew my mind! they were so upset about my review title despite the fact that over all my review was positive and I did not tell people make a warranty claim but instead offered a reasonable quick easy fix that anyone including a gorilla could make with a 5 cent zip tie. in my mind they should have been grateful that a hard sell guy like myself would endorse their product with an unbias yet favorable review. instead I been getting hate from them every since I posted the video. this to me speaks volumes to the caliber of their company and employees. of course that is just my opinion and who am I really just a regular guy with limited money that buys their products. they should have said " we are grateful to Dave for pointing this out and we will look into it. mean while if any of you would feel more comfortable using Dave's method for peace of mind there would be no harm in that." that is NOT what they said at all. lol oh well I almost wish I had not made this video. @@daveknowshow Thanks for the feedback. That is totally ridiculous in how they are handling your video. I was set on this grapple until I read how they are treating you and the issue you brought up. It is clearly a design flaw and the fact that they say how much they "test" their products and continue to strive to improve on them is obviously just an act to get you to buy their product. It's easy to claim these things, but the real test is when an issue comes up after the sale. If Everything Attachments were smart, they would've handled the issue with you much differently and then your would've probably done an updated video on how great their customer service was. I was set on getting this grapple, but will definitely not buy it now based on this. Again, great job with your honest review and feedback!

@@jshuda7558 thanks for the positive feed back on this video. honestly I was very kind to them about the grapple. I also have a cylinder that has been leaking since about the 6 month mark of owning it. I will either have to rebuild or replace that cylinder myself because I sure do not trust sending this item back to them. there are other things I did to this grapple to make it better but I figured no other company does that either so why bring it up. I just wanted to give a fair honest review. I never expected to have them act the way they did. ultimately it has cost them because people are starting to see through the verbal gymnastic they employ to hype up their products as the best on the market.

Hey Dave I watch your video's all the time. I'm a new tractor owner. I purchased a Kubota L2501 October 27, 2018. My Question for you is how to adjust the Hydraulic Pressure for the FEL. I have checked your videos and I don't see that you done one on that subject. My FEL seems weak to me. I purchased a gauge set up and checked it. Mine is at about 1900 PSI. From what I have read it should be about 2200 PSI. I've even been told you can cheat it up to about 2500 PSI. Any help with this would be appreciated.
@daveknowshow
@daveknowshow 5 жыл бұрын
sure you can bring the pressure up easy enough by purchasing a shim pack and adjusting the shims in the relief valve. you see your tractors hydraulic pump will easily deliver 3000psi it is the relieve pressure setting that governs that pressure. this is a safety device to keep you from over loading the bucket. I personally have never tested mine. I have a different outlook on my tractor FEL than most people do. I may do a video and talk about that some day. the shim pack can be bought through messicks online to fit your model tractor. just look up the parts on their website. you may also find the part numbers on tractor by net tractor forum. the more shim or thicker shim you add the higher the pressure will go before the relief kicks in. you do need to be cautious because you can turn it up to the point it destroys itself. damage to the pump, the hydraulic cylinders and even hoses in some cases. if yours is that weak that it is creating issues then by all means turn it up. if its not a big problem then learn to use it as it is. maybe in the future I can do a video showing this mod and explain a few things in detail and my feeling on it.

yeah mine is ok but the tines bent and I hardly use it. when I do use it I'm very gentle with it. one cylinder leaks like a screen door. that hose rub area is poor quality / design. the worse part was how they reacted to this video. like a bunch of two year old children or worse a bunch of internet bullies. you should read some of the things they said and did. not just to me many other people out there as well. but you wont hear about that because 1 they dont want you to hear about it 2 most folks dont have time to make it known and 3 - 99.999% of youtube creators like myself do not want the drama so they merely keep it off their channel. NOT ME I didn't give a rats ass if no one liked it. I made this video to merely point out a couple things I did not like. a few things I changed and suggestions to make it better. what I got for my trouble was DRAMA! however there was another implement manufacturer that I bought from and spotted an issue and they did not get mad. no instead they had their lead engineer call me and discuss the issue. looked over the video I did on it and after researching it admitted it was an issue that could be fixed. they revamped their manufacturing design, made it better and then shipped me a brand new one! they never once called me names. they never once started drama they took what I said and fixed it!!! I cant say that for EA they simply went on an attack. again like I said I'm not the only one they have tried to pull some shady shit with. so CLICK BAIT? hmm maybe a little yes admittedly. did it warrant their nasty attitude? hell NO! dont believe what I said go watch my other video on how they went after me over the internet then tell me thats the sort of company you want to do business with. then go to www.ttwt.com we all know who TTWT stands for yet EA bought the web address and made it "tractor time with ted" coming soon. W.T.H sort of person does that? Tim Marks is a wonderful person and for EA to pull some shit like that is just WRONG!!! so yes I did have concerns, called it junk and said I loved it all in one video. the end result is I will NEVER buy from EA ever AGAIN!!! are you tired of reading yet? because I could tell so much more!!! you would not believe it!!!

@@bobvanecek2028 honestly Bob you can choose to believe what I have stated thus far or not. its no skin off my teeth either way. I wish no ill effects on EA, Ted or any of his employees. what started out as a simple video I posted here with a comical title that pointed out my thoughts on their product quickly turned south. I was personally attacked here on my channel and over the internet. it was exhausting at best. I then discovered I was not the only person on the internet that had been targeted by Ted and his internet thugs. you can see my video about the crap these people said about me here on my channel. just look at that. then look at this website which Ted openly bragged about buying the domain name to merely cause issues with another high profile youtuber you may know and respect. www.ttwt.com/ I think we all know who TTWT stands for. in case you dont look up tractor time with Tim on youtube. yet Ted choose to buy the domain name out from under Tim to simply take a jab at him and Tim has done NOTHING to them to deserve that. these people are just crude viscous people. yet portray themselves as having American values? WTH! any how its all exhausting as I stated early and simply not worth stirring the pot any more than its already stirred. you can buy their products for all care but just know they are not the kind of Americans they make themselves out to be. so there is two of many instances that makes me and others NEVER want to buy from them again! you may find others on here that will tell the truth but most folks simply dont want or need the negative drama. now that this is been said I will likely delete this comment because I simply dont want the drama directed back at me even more than it already is. what ever choice you make is up to you.

@@brucealvarez9263 yes and most people by the age that they would buy a grapple know better than to judge a book or video by its cover or title. additionally if I was looking for a grapple and searched for reviews I always look for and carefully watch the ones that may come across as negative. that is what I'm looking for the negatives. every company out here will flood the internet with positive reviews so you cant really put much stock in a review from a company, employee or fanboy. you can put a lot of stock in a guy who points out the bad stuff laughs about the wait time drama. mods the unit to suit his needs gives you a solution to the problems found and yet still is happy with the product even at a higher cost. when people look for a decent restaurant they seek the opinion of a critic not the restaurant owners its employees or people who received free or at cost meals or products. my review could have been the best endorsement EA has on youtube instead they came here shot off there mouth posted under every comment made by my subscribers and turned a lot of people totally off! then they tried back peddling by deleting the comments they made. however not before many screen shot those comments and some plan to use those comments in up coming reviews of the same or other products they bought from EA. I honestly feel bad for Ted because I really don't think he would have handled the situation like that. I could be wrong. I have always had the most respect for Ted and Peanut been a supporter of them for years. watching supporting and sharing their videos all over the internet. so yes at first glance it would appear I was unhappy which lead you to watch this video as well as many others. EA's response was to aggressive to early with out thinking it through. that is not my problem any damage to them was cause by them with their reaction to what could have been used by them in their favor. instead they shot themselves in the foot! very unfortunate. I really felt I was being kind and helping them out with my raw no punches pulled review. a title is something designed to tell what the video is about with in reason, and in a way that grabs the most attention and appeal to the public. Your title is hardly a fair one. The complaint on the routing of the hoses doesn't merit that. The screen you put on being bent is not even a grapple problem. One suggestion I have on the hose routing would be to cut a small pieces of hose that you would split and cover the sharp edges of the metal itself that would protect the hoses. you could also put your ties on as well to hold them in a better position. It seems you most likely are underutilizing your grapple. With that wire on it you pretty much are limiting it's ability to do all it will do. Of course if all you do is wet leaves just leave it as it is. Anyone wanting to see what this grapple will do needs to watch the Everything Attachments Videos.

not true this grapple is more versatile with the expanded metal added. t can do everything it could do with out the metal added plus more. there is plenty about this grapple that I have yet to share. the hydraulic leaks of the cylinders the bent tines the flawed paint the lack of back pressure protection for the tractor hydraulic system just to name a few. the title to this video is more valid than the claims from EA that this grapple is the best grapple ever made. you can love this grapple if you want to I could care less this harmless video turned into a bitter attitude from EA , its employees and its fan base. that was NOT warranted. your comment was not warranted. I can easily make an updated video and expose so many other other issues but I chose to let sleeping dogs sleep. your comment however does prompt me to create another video to point out more issues I found with this grapple. if all you want is to hear how great this product is then yes go to the EA youtube channel and they will blow smoke up your ass while they sing praises about how no other product on the market is as great as theirs. you can find a thousand EA fan boy channels that will sing praises and blow smoke up your ass proclaiming there is no better product on the market. @@daveknowshow I can understand where you are coming from. I shop around a lot before I purchase anything and buy what best suits my needs, sometimes I buy something to save money, but on some items I just buy what I need and pay the price for something that will last. I do hate to burn bridges myself, but you are right there are lots of places to buy decent equipment. Not so many people that sell light weight grapples that will hold up and do the job though. The ones I have seen are not as good as the 55" Wicked Root Grapple. Kubota makes one, Rural King has another, but the price is so close the the 55" Wicked Root Rake they are not a value. Their design is not as good. Don't get me wrong they will work, just not as good. I do think that Everything Attachments was offended by your title. @@garrytalley8009 I tried to not offend them. I used the 55 today. leaky cylinder and all it still works. like I said in the video over all I like the grapple. I think its well made and I like the style. you can't pick up as many large logs as you could with the other style grapple. you cant push it up under a stack of logs like you could the style made like a set of forks. but I have forks to use when I have many logs I want to move at once. I just run the forks under them and tilt back. however with this root style rake grapple I mainly use it for picking up brush piles, tree limbs and of course wet or dry leaves with the added expanded metal for the leaves. the worse part about the EA product is the wait time. I grew this beard waiting for the darn thing and the beard even turned grey and then white. lol jkn but yeah the wait time is killer I think it took about 4 months to get mine. of course the wait time may not have been so bad if I had been told that up front. instead they told me it would be 60 days I think or less even cant remember exactly. instead it took about twice as long as the projected time frame. I'm one of those immediate gratification sort of people. I spend money and then I want the product. heck I even like cutting grass I can cut it and then immediately see the results. immediate gratification is a freshly cut lawn! other than that you cant go wrong with this style grapple. plenty of clamping force and easy to use once you get the feel for it. I think you will like it and if you get one I will be looking forward to seeing that video! appreciate you stopping by your another one of those youtube Gems I was talking about. nice seeing your channel grow.

I like your videos a lot but this one I'll have to admit I must be missing something. I don't understand why you would title this "Wicked 55 piece of junk". The only thing you didn't like about it was the hose being cut into. A simpler fix would be to give that tray thing that was cutting into the hose s little curl at the ends of it. No zip ties to worry about slipping that way. I worked in a hydraulics repair shop for 20 years so I know first hand how aggravating something seemingly little like that can be. Little until the hose blows that is. That seemed to be the only thing you really found fault with, you said that all in all, you were happy with it. What's with the piece of junk title? With a title like that with no supporting reasons for it, I can see why EA got so shook up.

yes despite the fact that there are several things about this grapple that could be better I gave it an over all positive review with out sounding like just another EA fan boy who simply wants to say how great it is and nothing else. its not really any better than any other grapple on the market. except of course its higher price and longer wait time for delivery. in fact this grapple has been broken down and leaking hydraulic fluid from the cylinders since less than 6 months after it was purchased. honestly I could have shown a lot more about this grapple than what I did. I tried to be nice and simply show something that I felt needed to be addressed by anyone who bought this grapple. yes there are various ways to fix this however a zip tie is something that anyone could buy and install. not everyone have a welding machine or the technical know how or vision to work the metal and not void the warranty. a zip tie will not void the warranty. as for me I have no warranty because I sure don't see them fixing any of the issues I had with the grapple. still it would not be fair for me to instruct someone else to do a mod on their grapple that may void their warranty. welding on drilling holes and such as that may void any warranty they had. its crazy that something as simple as this video or a comment made by me that " grapples are more a like than different" can spawn so much drama from the EA staff and their fan base. you should go watch the video I did after they started attacking me over simply making a statement that grapples are more alike than different. where as in that statement I never even mentioned EA its products staff or fan base. they lost a lot of customers over that stunt they pulled.

Why would the heading be it's junk ? It's in the manual to check your hoses for chafing. EA grapple dosen't come with the expanded metal installed why would that be part of the review ? I can pick up wet leaves without it with mine. You said you have enjoyed it but the heading says JUNK !!! Makes no sense.
@daveknowshow
@daveknowshow 5 жыл бұрын
the manual? I got no manual with mine at all. no manual was ever offered. the title was a joke / click bait / sarcasm call it what you want. the expanded metal is something I put on there. I explained that and explained why. I will gladly remove the expanded metal and do another video in response to your comment showing if or if not this grapple will pick up leaves with out it. as well as how well it will transport those leaves from point A to point B with out dropping them compared to with the expanded metal installed. yes I did say I enjoyed it and over all I think my review was very favorable. the fact that my review has been so negatively received by the folks at EA and the EA fan boys leads me to believe I should not have made such a favorable review. I could have nit picked this grapple to pieces advised folks to call in for a warranty claim on the hoses and yada yada yada. I did not do that. I offered a simple fast cheap fix to the hoses. I showed I had one bent tine, I showed the expanded metal and explained why I added it and how much I enjoy having it and how much more useful it has been in my personal situation. perhaps I should have simply left off the expanded metal in this review and explained I don't use it enough to warrant the cost as all its good for is picking up large limbs. the small sticks fall through and so do the leaves. sure you can pick up a large pile and get a good bit but you will drop a lot on the way to where you are traveling where as with the expanded metal you can pick up small sticks and or leaves and carry them long distances with out dropping so many all over the place. I'm NOT simply a "EA fan boy" I gave an honest review of the implement and despite the few small issues I had with it I stated clearly it was a quality product. to me EA should be grateful that my review was over all positive yet still NOT from the perspective of a EA fanboy who thinks EA can do no wrong. my review will be seen and received by average folks as a REAL HONEST REVIEW! not simply an advertisement to sell them on EA products. I can see I will be making follow up videos as this is a hot topic!

The manual that came with the tractor you can use it as a rule of thumb for attachments. Grease the loader every 10 hours grease the grapple every 10 hours. I'm sure the expanded metal helps with lose dry leaves but how can you put that in on part of the review is all I am asking? It didn't come with that you installed it and made it sound like it was a poor design that they installed. My point is the JUNK 1 year review is install a zip tie. They don't make or design the 3rd function all they do is offer it. You have no idea if the other viewer has his installed correctly. Just the pure mass of the grapple shakes the tractor. You got a response for the "click bait" but just not an honest review is all.
@daveknowshow
@daveknowshow 5 жыл бұрын
@@joshseigel no it was an honest review I plainly stated that I installed the expanded metal to serve the purpose I needed it to serve. I cant be any more clear than that. I talked about the hose issue, I talked about the tine that bent, I talked about the grease fittings and I talked about the usefulness of the grapple from a standpoint of someone who is not in the logging business but someone who is just a property owner. how many sticks can you possibly need to move on your property once its cleaned up? not many even on a heavily wooded lot. but using it for leaf clean up made it more valuable to ME is what I said. the manual that comes with the tractor is for the tractor. they send a separate manual for the fel also a separate manual for the backhoe. a separate manual for the brush hog. so no you are wrong the manual for the tractor is NOT intended as the manual for a grapple. to make such a statement is a complete fabrication. your as bad as Travis when he is trying to convince people that my opinion on the hose is wrong because this is somehow some magical hose that will never fail even though its up against a sharp piece of metal that is vibrating and you can clearly see it has cut into it. you cant see the value in the fact that I never said the grapple was worthless in fact I said it was very well build and I liked it. I pointed out an issue and I pointed out my mod and how it has stood up for the 1 year I been using it. the grapple is great if all you are doing is picking up brush piles and logs or ripping up vines and such but how much of that stuff does one property owner do? once its done its done. leaves fall forever and make the grapple more valuable to again ME! its my review and if it don't align with your review then I say make your own review and talk about nothing but how great it is. a review like that will be seen as just another fanboy blowing smoke and creating hype over an over priced grapple that takes 4 months to get. I was being kind in my review. I can certainly make a new review and point out a lot of things I don't like and pick it to pieces. like I said since you brought it up come this fall I will make a new review to show the difference between how efficiently this grapple moves leaves with expanded metal as opposed to with out expanded metal. I may also do a video to show how much more efficient the clamping pressure is since I added the double piloted locking valve to the grapple as apposed to how the grapple comes from EA. yeah there are plenty of things I could have shared that I did not as I was trying to be kind. I wont make that mistake again. I'm just glad that 99% of the subscribers and viewers on my channel know the type of honest person I am and value my opinion. they are smart enough to follow a video regardless of the title and judge the video on the merits of its content. NEVER ONCE did I say EA should install expanded metal from the factor. that would be wrong. I plainly stated that I knew the expanded metal would NOT last long. you watched the video with a closed mind and a predetermined position rather than listen to what I said and accepted it for its over all value which was " that I like this grapple ".

you cant hardly beat ball in hand unless you simply don't let your opponent out of his or her chair to shoot. they cant win if they never get to the table. lol yes I have been feeling the backlash of fan boys all morning. the title was merely shock value, click bait, a joke as I like the grapple. what puzzles me is how EA has gone out of their way to convince folks in response to this video that the hose is somehow some magical hose that will never fail. to expect us to believe that two pieces of metal vibrating against each other over a period of time will cause no issues at all. that just denies all logic and fundamental reasoning. hydraulic hoses fail if not then the hydraulic hose repair places would be out of business. most of the time they fail due to a sharp edge vibrating on the hose cutting through it. for EA to actually comment in response to other comments under this video that it will simply never fail is a slap in the face to anyone who has half a grain of sense. I have always had a huge respect for Ted and Peanut. been watching their videos and a fan of their products for many years. I did not like being mislead on my deliver time estimation during my purchase and I personally think they went over board with flooding groups with advertisement post. which obviously many group admins seen this as an issue as well. since then they have created their own group where they can post advertisements all day if they want to. they post as many advertisements in the groups any more. I think over all my review was honest and yet favorable with out simply sounding like the typical fan boy. I'm a hard sell when it comes to products and for me to admit that despite I hated the wait and my feelings on this hose issue I still feel its a quality built implement. I never said for everyone to make a warranty claim I offered a simply cheap fix. for me to state that I still feel the product is a quality product in my opinion EA should be grateful! instead they just deny and try to discredit my opinion. they should have said " we will look into this hose issue meanwhile Dave seems to have a quick easy fix that satisfies him. these hoses are tough and even rubbing a long period of time will give a long service life. we know Dave has high expectations and we are happy to hear that he still feels we build the highest quality products." this would have made EA looks much better to the public at large. instead they just discounted and disregarded everything I said. this makes me want to make a follow up video.

How unprofessional can a salesman be after the sale and to see how he copied and pasted the same response to several other of "YOUR" subs. Really. Like you said a simple "we'll look into the issue thanks for pointing it out Dave". Goes to show you how typical a business, it's owners and staff can be and get the BIG HEAD after their company grows fast with all the orders and getting a new building, new offices and million dollar laser machines. Treating your customers with respect after the sale says a lot about your business. And that is not what happened here. Not at all. They made the sale and to hell with the customer and his review is what happened here. I respect everyones true honest review of anything and not the endorsed paid free tool or paid review.
