Creeping inflation is one of the reasons. The poor man invested in thst housing project in order to have an additional income because the old age pension he is receiving is so meager that he can't make ends meet. It can't sustain one's life. Nonetheless, the increase has to be reasonable so that one's tenants will not have the feeling of being fleeced. Yeah, life is not and can never be balanced. As for that comparison, I find it as unfavourable as debasing because it compounds the feeling of inferiority to some of us who are psychologically feable as regards white people. We are Africans and cannot be compared to thosevpeople who would rather keep animals but place their parents in old people's homes where they are mistreated and malnourished to hasten their demises so that they can take what they consider theirs.
