I find it funny how people label HYBE as the worst company (not to say it's a perfect company), when CUBE, TS Entertainment and SM exist, just to name a few. They actually got serious problems and got sued for getting overworked and not paid enough, horrible management and such. But, NJs call it bad just because MHJ is not there and the new CEO couldn't do anything for the bullying allegations when they had no proof and only had an assumption made by Hanni (which is reasonable). Their behavior and what they say gives me the vibe that they were getting favoritism and were getting spoiled without any professionalism. It gives that NJs got everything they asked for as long as MHJ got the credit for their success, which is manipulative and not fair. That's why I believe that the girls kind of know what they are doing as far as, they know MHJ will do whatever they ask for even if it's not within their contract, which can be dangerous. That's how corruption starts which could lead to employees being bullied/ treated unfairly, just because the girls can. And it's not too far fetched knowing the lawsuit MHJ has of SA, she would do anything as long as she has fame and money. It's interesting, if NJs know that they are being done wrong I'm waiting for the lawsuits, with proof. My belief is that NJ will have great difficulty adjusting to their new humbling status with Ador management. So they will try to have their individual contracts terminated by going to court. The litigation will be funded by the investors in MHJ’s new venture. Enh, she's not leaving abruptly for nothing. And NJ will be following her (probably with a new name - thus their tearful act on the awards show) soon. They, of course, knew she was leaving when they made their last announcement. They already knew she was leaving AND that HYBE wasn't going to give into their demands anyway. That was a ploy to garner sympathy for as many gullible people as they could before they leave. And don't be surprised if she pops up at either her own label OR in another entertainment company. She also intends to keep HYBE in court as long as she can. All of this hasn't been done for nothing. At some point she realized she wasn't going to get exactly what she wanted from HYBE so she's going to wreck as much havoc as she can on her way out. It would be a HUGE mistake to keep NJ's inside - they're a mole along with whoever else has been working with MHJ from the inside. Believe me MHJ has NOT been working alone.

@@gray_7 Of course she didn't like what Bang Pd wrote to the court, and now she is trying to make the people especially Korean people, to blame, and see BSH as a bad person who is making bad things to the kpop industry image. For example since April, HYBE was given an award for the company with the best environment for their employees, at least in kpop, the reaction for that, was the accusations of HYBE mistreatment and bullying against NJ idols. Bang Pd got an award, Asian Game Changer, because most of the Koreans don't know, she is projecting her behaviour on him to be hated by the people. Everything she did was to bring down HYBE, or to alter people perception about HYBE labels, HYBE artists, HYBE management. Somehow she is doing that, because her narcissistic personality don't allow her to admit her defeat in this war. So at least she is suing the companies who first sued her, she is accusing people who accused her in the past, she is twisting facts and declarations, because this is the only way she can survive.

i don't think there's a "company" or "investor" willing to invest on a new chapter with MHJ and NJ. MHJ has too many lawsuits on going and maybe more to come and the reputation is not even worth investing. I get that NJ can make music but they also destroyed their reputation.
