Yes! And she's a superfan of Chenoweth. As much as I haven't liked her acting in the past (Hairspray was horrendous) this is a role she knows, loves, and dreamed of. yes thats almost definitely going to happen, as the movie was split into two so they could film the ENTIRE story without skipping details and songs. the original broadway is split into two by an admission, the second part picking up after "defying gravity"

I don't think this is going to be 3.5 hours over two movies. I think we are getting two 2 hour + movies because they aren't cutting any songs and they added things from the book. I think there are also new songs for the second movie (Act II).
