I had never seen the play/musical on the live stage, but after seeing this trailer and researching some of the story ideas about it, I am so in to wanting to see this. The people they picked to play the different characters feel like good choices. Beautifully shot that pulls you into the magic of it all. It is obvious this will be a very emotional story and I am glad they are taking this vision through this journey. I've always been fascinated by the Wizard of Oz story, so this is a must see for me. Loved your reaction to this. Fabulous❤

I love the the fact that they decided to split it into two films, I know some people were asking why. For people who haven't had the opportunity to see the stage musical, the fact that this trailer was 3 minutes, and 3 minutes is only scratching the surface. There's so much more!

I am beyond excited for this movie! I had the chance to portray Nessa once and the cast was beyond amazing! This musical and its message will always and forever have a special place.

@zahkabee you actually played Nessa? That's so cool! I loved the fact that Universal did an open casting call for the role, and that they wanted to cast it authentically, by having an actual wheelchair-using actress as Nessa!

I absolutely love this trailer. I love how excited and happy you get about these trailers. It really adds extra energy and optimism for how the movies will turn out. I also appreciate how often you ask viewers for their thoughts and feelings x

Hey Luna, Hope your weekend is as fabulous as a triple scoop ice cream sundae! So, picture this: about 10-12 years ago, I was in the audience for Wicked, eyes wide and jaw dropped-it was spellbinding! Fast forward to now, and guess what? It's flying onto the big screen like a house in a tornado! 🎥🌪 The trailer? Oh boy, it had everything! Drama, magic, and possibly a flying monkey or two. I was glued to the screen like it was the last slice of pizza at a party. Both actresses totally knocked it out of the park, hitting those high notes and nailing those witchy vibes. If the rest of the movie is as good as this trailer, we're in for a wicked good time. I'm counting down the days until it hits theaters later this year. Thanks a bunch for your epic trailer reaction-can't wait to see what you review next!

Is it weird that i cried a little watching this? Ive seen Wicked at the ASU Gammage theater and it was amazing! The visuals look amazing, the scenes and settings both fully portray what i imagine Oz woukd look like and im pleasantly surprised at the cast. Im especially happy to hear that Arianna has been staking out this film adaptation for 10 years and how she felt both humbled to finally see this come to fruition but also she commented about working very very hard to make sure she portrayed Glinda properly in regards to the musical. There just appears to be a lot of passion in this and i hope this movie truly delivers the experience of the show. Im excited

I too got emotional watching this trailer. I actually know very little of the story not having seen the play. But from what I read online about this story, I can tell this is going to be very powerful. Me also, looking forward to this. Thanks for sharing your story❤
