I attempt to teach you how I specifically shuffle different sized cards for Divination! In my opinion, there is no right or wrong way to shuffle your cards. Just make sure you make is accessible to you and its comfortable. Let me know how you shuffle below!

I know this is an old video, but THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I have never been able to riffle shuffle properly. Everyone has tried to teach me (since I was a child!) and I could never do it properly 😅. I walked away from this video, took out the standard RWS and did a perfect riffle…and even an almost bridge! Amazing 🙏

Nice video Natasha! I think that's definitely very helpful for any newbies or even those who have been reading cards for a while but still struggle with shuffling. Like you, I grew up with playing cards and shuffling them, so I've always riffled and bridged. I do carefully and gently though because I like to be careful with my decks. 😊💜

I really enjoy shuffling cards. I find it very relaxing! Since my hands are too small for most decks, I tend to shuffle by holding the deck in my palm on its shorter side. Much easier! What I love most is the size of playing cards! A perfect fit for me. Thank you for sharing. 🙃🙂

This video is really informative! I shuffle by pulling the cards on top of each other (the common one) or by spreading them on a surface and then rearranging them. I for some reason can’t bridge shuffle no matter how much I try 😂 I do have small hands so maybe that’s why

I'm coming back to Oracle/Tarot/Lenormand reading after reading Tarot in highschool twenty years ago and not looking at a deck again since I graduated, even though I hang out in a metaphysical bookstore and associated lending library all. The. Time. I'm still sorting out how I want/need to do things, and sometimes find that I shuffle differently depending on the deck and/or day, mood, etc. Seems like the deck tells me how it wants to be interacted with.

I've tried to mimic your overhand shuffling before but the cards just collide with each other instead of mixing neatly. I suppose I'll just have to practice more or stick to the poker card style of shuffling.

I'm having an issue qith the cards being too thick to where they stick together like in big chunks. I have shuffled in many different ways to try and get them to not stick but nothing is working.

I think there are a couple of different finishes now, so I'm not sure which you have. That being said, they should all wear in fine ❤️

*MOST EXCELLENT VIDEO MS WICKED MOONLIGHT!!!* Think you can do a separate video dedicated to the "Jumper/Flyer Method"??? I'm a master card reader of 33 years and I'm just starting to utilize this method, I'm ok at it but I'm always telling myself I need to "pick it up" (shuffle faster) 😂🤣! Would love to see you in action and just know your thoughts and feelings on using this particular method that I find is THE MOST EXCITING out of all the methods, when I've been using the "Bridge Shuffle" method all these years! The modern witch deck is too stiff of a cardstock for me to do the bridge shuffle so I usually just do the side shuffle

Very carefully hahaha. But seriously, bug thick decks are a struggle for me so I usually split them in half and shuffle each group separately then over hand shuffle all together. ❤️

is there a way to shuffle that doesn't involve fingers on both sides of the deck? My hanve ares too SMALLL to grip larger oracle cards and baaaaaarely big enough to kind of shuffle tarrot

After practicing this for about 15 minutes, the skin under the nail of my index finger became red and peeled off. 😭 There is no problem with the teachings in the video. But since my hands are small and my skin is very soft, I don't think this method is right for me. Sadly, I'll have to go back to my original shuffle routine. Aside from that, the shuffle method shown in this video has been a dream of mine for a long time, so I tried it before but gave up, but the instructions in this video are great! However, once again, I am sorry to confirm that this method does not suit me.😢

With oracles I usually just stretch my hands to shuffle the 1st way you showed. I worry I'm going to bend my cards in the side by side shuffle. I never bridge shuffle my cards. I guess it just feels to rough. My Halloween deck I think is actually larger, matte and very stiff. I'm not sure I could bridge shuffle them. I would love to see more wicked teachings.
