It’s just water in a bottle. I find it the best way to control the amount of water I use with the paints xx

BTW it's the Natural oils from your skin that are making it get that "Wishy-Washy" look...that's what I'm afraid of. I'm only using it on my neck, so it may be okay. The makeup that Clowns use is the best, but also most expensive.

I also think I was using the incorrect amount of water to paint ratio and it’s not the best paints when you want pigment. I do prefer cream based paint but they tend to stain my skin so I try and avoid them when doing looks like this. Which is what sort of paint a clown would use but at least with the white paint it wouldn’t stain ha ha Green most definitely would🤣 x

This didn’t flake or come off on my clothes at all. It stayed really well and it looked close to like a foundation base rather than paint x
