Bruh, Tai Lung should have been a shoe-in for the winner :/ like, the only one I could see him struggling with maybe would be Honeycomb and possibly marbles if he lets his anger get the best of them. All other games though, his strength and agility - which should have been a factor in Glass Stepping Stones since it's not a power but just a skill he has, and he would have been quick enough to either leap over the glass or grab the edge of the bridge. Like... Have you SEEN the rope bridge scene?! Anyway, these factors should have allowed him to pass all the other games with flying colors. Really wish we could have gotten a final two with Tail Lung and Grimmel. Now that would have been a climactic final round!

I just love how everyone is just saying how Tai Lung should’ve won the Squid Games. And I have to agree with that. The only games I could see him struggling with are the honeycombs and marbles. As for the Glass Bridge, just look at his prison break.

Wouldn't Tai Lung survive the Glass Game, just by jumping straight to the end, without even bothering to land on any glass ? Should he, for any reason, jump on a glass that breaks, isn't he skilled enough to jump from falling debris to falling debris, until he's back at the top ? That wouldn't be too different from his escape, in Kung Fu Panda.

Real quick tho, but how exactly does Tai Lung go in glass bridge. If you've seen Kung Fu Panda, you know this guy is insanely agile and his reaction time is off the charts. Even if he does land on the wrong glass and it breaks, he can quickly grab onto the sides of bridge and get back up there and we know he can balance on it because of the bridge scene in the movie. Don't get me wrong, I love Grimmel but I just think if Tai Lung makes it to that point then he wins hands down. The two likeliest games for him to be eliminated were honeycomb and marbles.

Actually, I can imagine him intimidating his partner by bluffing during the Marbles Game, by saying he knows Po's ultimate technique that can obliterate anyone. It's not really violence, if he just lightly pinches his partner's finger, is it ? 😏 And, once the partner is intimidated, it's easier to make him or her commit mistakes. Heck ! If I were convincing enough in my bluff, I would gently take my opponent's bag of marbles from his hands, as I contemplate the horror in his eyes, while I tell him I can separate every atom from his body, in an instant, without violence - and, thus, without breaking any rule.

But by going with it, it’s likely he fought Lord Shen, breaking all but 1 bad glass eventually crippling and sending the peacock through the last glass shard but starts feeling woozy due to the peacock using his unnoticed weapons to fatally wound him resulting in his death

I think that Tai Lung would survive the Glass Bridge because of his agility and skill, if he falls he could probably jump back up, and I think that Humpty Dumpty would die in the Glass Bridge because falling is kind of his thing. I think Tai Lung would be able to win the final round because if he can defeat the furious five and even Shifu he could probably beat Grimmel.

The reasoning for them apparently failing having to due with ego just makes no sense to me. I mean, both of them are incredibly intelligent, intelligent enough to avoid putting themselves in unfavorable situations. They have egos, but that rarely ever gets in the way of themselves. At least, intentionally.

Honestly, I feel like Drago would lose either in The Honey Comb round or The Tug Of War round. Reason being? He only has one arm while the other is a metal prosthetic. For instance if he was in the Tug Of War one, he would only be able to use one arm to pull, which while he is strong it'd put him at a massive disadvantage.

Would have figured Shen would make it to the end actually, he's not actually "ego-driven" so much as "ambitious" and has a very good understanding of his limits, how to manipulate others and how to bide his time for victory (him killing the pandas was because the prophecy said he would be defeated by one of them, not surpassed, it was immoral self-preservation for his ambition, not ego). I wouldn't see him as immediately leaping for a high number like you said, he'd probably suspect trickery and pick middle of the pack so he could observe what happens and steal victory if necessary. Plus, 6:45 "above average" to describe a hidden weapons user who took on and beat two Master-rank Kung Fu users at the same time, and Lord Farquad is described as a "skilled swordfighter" for the 4 seconds he held a sword to a restrained woman's neck for the entire movie....wut? Starting to think he didn't actually watch the movie....

The colonel should've passed the marbles game because like you said, it requires manipulation. If he can control his entire army, then that means he could be pretty good at manipulating others. Hell, sometimes you could see some distress and fear in the soldiers when they're nearby him, showing that he's done something in the past to keep all of them in line.

I think that Du Bois could have passed marbles and possibly win the game. To win marbles the most important skill other than luck would be intelligence. Du Bois is very smart and also can revive severely injured people by just singing a french song! Also for the glass game she could outjump the glass as she falls and swiftly make it to the other side. Like she did that with her motorcycle in Madagascar. She could win squid game with her swiftness to pass the defense if she wasn't playing defense she could win the entire game

I agree on everything, but i think things could've ended up differently with a far more close match for the squid game changing two things. First, I'd say that Humpty Dumpty would meet his doom not in the final stage of the game, but in the midnight brawl, mainly due to the fact that he's a literal egg and he's not very good at hiding for long periods of time in a closed space, he would end up dead almost by accident. As for the second thing I'd change, i think Tai Long would actually survive the glass bridge game. Although he can show a big ego, he has shown in his prison escape that he posses the physical skills to actually defies the laws of physics. Which would leave him and Grimmel for the squid game. I think Tai Long would win against the dragon hunter, but it would be a much closer fight

In the comment where I went over which placements I didn’t agree with, I actually had him take Prince Charming’s place because I feel like he would be who Prince Charming would actually pick a fight with for his own survival.

In the actual show, people knocked over the beds during the actual riot, so if they counted the Midnight Brawl for each of their videos (yes, including the Disney Princess one), then we must assume that Humpty will have to contend with beds being knocked over in a Squid Game scenario as well. It’s entirely possible that due to him being a literal egg a bed frame could pierce right through him on his way to the hiding place if he is not constantly watching his surroundings.

First off, called the winner, second they said no powers yet disqualified Titan in honeycomb for being to strong and breaking it when picking it up. Lastly, they ignore the fact that Tai Lung could literally just jump the gap, as he is natural strong, or ignoring strength, could simply run across, as he would be agile enough to leap from platform to platform before they broke. And lastly Manipulation isn't required to win Marbles, just don't get manipulated, and its a fair marbles game, so Drago and any mentioned as hard to manipulate shouldn't be eliminated.

Drago dies in Honeycomb, Humpty dies on glass because balance, Shen and Tai Lung have arguments to be made over who survives glass. Tai Lung's escape from the prison speaks volumes to his reaction time and reflexes, even if he went first, his training and cat eyes gives him better odds than most. Shen has an ego to be sure but isn't stupid, it's Po's unpredictability that screws his plans over after all, he would know to pick a number toward the middle to balance his odds should advantage come sooner (making him one of the last to get the advantage) or later (making him among the first to use the advantage). Being light on his feet, and able to use his tail both for balance and to block the view of those behind him, Shen could avoid the plunge better than Tai Lung. That being said, it would be Grimmel vs one of these 2. Grimmel is a dragon hunter who works with his intellect rather than brawn. While he easily beats Humpty in the video, Tai Lung would destroy him outright and Shen would have a better balance of brains and brawn with his agility. Had the Dragons TV and Netflix series been included, I would forecast a Viggo Grimborn victory as he is able to outsmart and manipulate Hiccup on multiple occasions, strong enough to beat any of the Dragon Riders and their allies in 1 on 1 combat, and lucky enough to survive falling into a Volcano. If faced with any of the 3 villains above, Tai Lung is the only real threat unarmed, Shen would be problematic to deal with but would eventually fall, and Grimmel isn't as strong while possessing similar intellect. Viggo is patient, smart, strong and lucky all at once. He has an ego but knows not to let it cloud his judgment, as it has cost him dearly before. An avid player of Maces and Talons (an equivalent to Chess) the man has strategy down pat and shows strong leadership capabilities, running the Dragon Hunting trade in the first five seasons of Race to the Edge (Hunters presence wasn't known until season 2 but their kind was via the Reaper in the premiere, and he and Krogan worked together as partners under duress during season 5, Johan hired them to help with his ultimate goal and only took direct control over them in season 6).

Game 6: Squid Games(Humpty Dumpty vs Grimmel the Grisley) 2nd: Humpty Dumpty-During his match with Grimmel, his opponent thanked the talking egg for eliminating Tai Lung due to the leopard being the strongest combatant, and with Tai Lung out of the way, no one can oppose him now, and that point was proven as Grimmel easily kills Humpty Dumpty, now no one can ever put him back together again. 1st: Grimmel the Grisley-Winner

There's no way Tai lung wouldn't have won. He's essential a god of war. If he broke through the glass he has a supernatural reaction time and reflexes. He'd just grab the other pain if glass. Or he'd tank the fall. He fell into like 3 ravines in Kung Fu panda and survived every one. I also find it unlikely he would even break through. I think it would come down to him and lord shen and tie lung is the better fighter of the two.

Fr real. Shen probably doesn't weight much factoring he is a bird and considering how agile he is in his fight scenes, he probably wouldn't break the wrong glass even if he stepped on it. Plus, he can literally glide through a fucking tower to another in the second movie. He could survive the fall, or even pass the entire challenge per se purely because he is a peacock and has naturally born feathers. Saying that they lose based on their ego is so flawed, and then let the egg who is known for falling pass into the final round because he isn't as egotistical or ambitious.

@@maxmeidl4909 watch the bridge scene. He is tied up and dropped off a cliff then smached into a rock wall after 10 seconds of free falling. Even if you interprete that scene as him getting untied before hitting the wall, he still had to absorb the impact just unbound. compare that scene to the depth of the squid game pit which has about a second of free fall with the characters unbound. I find it extremely unlikely that he would fall and even if he did there is no way it would kill him. At the end of the day the game isn't designed for him. Nor are the other contests even remotely on the same level with the exception of Shang. It's like putting the Doomslayer into a football game.

Realistically, Tai Lung comes down to whether or not he loses at marbles. The glass stepping stones is a joke for him. Even if he didn't jump across it, he's fast enough to run on the breaking glass, can walk the railings in his sleep, would likely catch himself on the bars if he did fall. The only way he loses is if he plays along with the rules due to good sportsmanship he doesn't have, and even then, failing is nothing more than an inconvenience because the fall won't kill him.

Who thinks that it would have made more sense for Tai Lung to be eliminated in the marble round? As he likely would have let his anger get the better of him, breaking “the no physical violence rule”. As for Shen, he honestly should have died in either honeycombs or tug-of-war, mostly because I have no idea how he would grip the needle/rope with his large wings. Makes a lot more sense than both of them being “eliminated” in the glass stepping stones.

When it comes to the honey comb challange WickedBinge says that you need just patience and steady hands to survive, but no passions gonna help when you feel the pressure of the time on you. You also need to have a calm mind and not be anxious or stressed at all also, because I think some of us have made some mistakes in our life when we did a test with a time limit and made some few misstakes because of stress and after the test is over when you have calmed down that is when you realise what some mistakes you have made. So for me I think one more villian would fail the honey comb challange and it is: Pitch Black sure he was passion, but he don't have thousends off years to carve out the cookie so mostly he gonna be bit anxious off him and that can make that he fail.
