What hurts is thinking all this time you thought you were over your ex but they pop in your head one day and you ignore and ignore and ignore. Then you think it’s a sign, a sign you should reach out to them. You realize they are even better than you remember after talking for a while you tell them that you never stopped loving them and they basically tell you that your feelings are unhealthy and you just need to move on from them. I've realized now that, he only liked me. He liked being with me, talking to me. But he didn't love me. Not as much as I loved him. And he let me go not because he told me he would if I told him to, but becuase he didn't find me worth fighting for. And that's okay. I accept that, it's the truth. But what I dislike is that he told me to wait, wait for what? Wait until when? Be friends in the meantime. What does that mean? If anything, waiting hurt me so much. It's all I ever did for him. I waited. And when he came back, he let me go. Didn't even try to hold me back. So it concludes to me, I wasn't worth fighting for. He didn't love me, he only liked me.

I have feelings for someone who only treats me as a friend. I confessed and she rejected me, saying she only sees me as a friend, and that it will never change. I had to choose between cutting her out of my life or letting her stay. I chose to be friends with her because i just can’t cut her out of my life easily., and right now we still talk and meet regularly. I honestly don’t know how long this setup will last, but i’m just trying to enjoy every moment with her, before she inevitably settles with someone else in the future.
