I feel the pain of tig welding copper, it takes a tremendous amount of heat to get a good weld. I welded copper solar hot water heater tanks in the 80's and it was a PAIN. I used stripped Romex as a welding rod. I also preheated them with a oxy-acetyl torch to shorten the welding time.

I never even knew you could TIG copper. I mean I guess it makes sense, but one doesn't even think of it typically. I saw the pics and though you had taken steel, welded it up and then plated it.

Hey what shielding gas u using to weld that copper. Regardless try helium. You’ll need 4x the flow rate on it tho. Makes a big big difference

@@TecraTube RF gets in the fans. And the combiners are too close. Can I haven't put a fan on the inside of the cabinet probably 8 years. The fan actually picks up more air and has a higher velocity when it's outside the cabinet we've proven this like 8 years ago by the way. So at some point better functionality outweighs Jank.. 😉
