I think you are just a little mixed up. No one in the cast of West Wing was on seaQuest. Joshua Malina does look a lot like Ted Raimi who *was* on seaQuest. So that is probably who you are thinking of.

I always thought that's just her character. Pretty girl being all serious and official, kind of losing touch with her fun and girly side... like when Charlie is being the middle man at some point between her and guy. But maybe that's just me.

@serendipity375 Mary McCormack is actually 100 times better on In Plain Sight than on The West Wing. She always seemed uncomfortable and out of place on The West Wing, but on In Plain Sight she's funnier, looser and more charismatic, and has wonderful chemistry with Frederick Weller and Paul Ben-Victor. Nichole Hiltz and Lesley Ann Warren are very annoying on that show, though.
