I missed this song. I'm playing Dark Cloud again for the first time in 15 years, I open the door to the moon factory and I remember how much I love this track, how striking it is. How I'd just let myself sink into this in the factory and forget what I was doing...

Deranged Letters I don't blame you I love this game too. My favorite part is the sun and moon temple, the moon sea and fighting the dark genie.

Beautiful track, it reminds me of Final Fantasy X Mount Gagazet. I played both Dark Cloud and FFX back in 2002, that was one hell of a year for me as a PS2 new owner. Nostalgia is strong in this one.

The thing that makes this track special is that it manages to be relaxing yet gives off near the end vibes.

I was 10 years old when I first heard this track. Hearing this again rekindles some of those memories of the good old days of childhood when you didn't have to worry about work, bills, contracts. E.t.c, and would laugh at the "grown ups". Am 31 now. Edit: Obviously my favorite dark cloud track. This song has a kind of a intriguing, yet bit of an eerie vibe to it.

Master Nelson It just didn't interest me for some reason. The inventing was too hard, or I didn't know how to do it at least, and I didn't really like the characters or story. If they ever made another one, I'd probably still check it out though since dark cloud is one of my favorite rpgs.

I miss when games had both thought and good music backing them, and a storyline that didn't mirror the society it was in. They used to tell us stories of mystical worlds and places that were like, and yet unlike *our own.

I know what you mean, back in the day the stories that we saw in games were mystical and took place on fictional planets, now every story I see in games is set either in an alternate version of earth, or one of the other planets in our solar system, and it's already gotten really stale, it also goes to show that writers these days are unoriginal.
