Great job! Let those worries burn!! We wanted a wickerman here but there has been too much rain and snow for a good fire. I loved the pentagram too, it was a nice touch.

in Ecuador,we do something similar at the end of the year "año viejo".... but this looks wonderful
I love the pagan way it reminds of Mother Earth where we will are and to what we return

I think you write your wishes or such on paper and put them inside the wickerwoman or man, could always google it.

I'm not sure, I'm new too, but I think the wickerwoman is supposed to represent any worries from the past year, since it seems like an end of the year thing. Dont quote me on this, by the way. Its just what I THINK is going on...

We use the burnings of Wickerman for a fire feast. To celebrate the end of a harvest. Before neopagan tradition took hold, it is said that in Ceasarian days we used human sacrifices, but have since been replaced with wicker.

Isn's a wickerman usually filled with people to offer to the gods?
