Vaginas "spilling" blood is a sign of them being healthy and being normal, functioning body parts, and can be easily resolved with sanitary products and cleanliness. This video (and "What Lesbians Think About Penises") gives some solidity to my conjecture (I dare not call it a "theory") that humans are inherently bisexual and that the only reason most people adopt monosexuality because they think interacting with the kind of genitalia they don't like is "icky" (like mr. vaginas-are-cold here). Case in point, the dated and not-so-accurate Kinsey Reports gave about 12% of males aged 20-35 as equally heterosexual and homosexual. 12% isn't exactly a non-significant percentage.
