Thanks for sharing with community! I gotta say how grateful I am that THE SHOP, Inc solved this a couple of decades ago. I received a LARGE magnet for manual sharpening with my original machine. However, I’ve used the Automatic daily for over a decade & get excellent results every time!

@stephenhowell1786 The Shop machine is a great unit. There are some blades it has trouble with still. Knowing these tricks might just help in certain instances, I hope you glean some knowledge that is useful for your program !

Yep you can just about see the w rub block pattern. And yes I was gonna suggest a wider distance between magnets. Know you don’t like em but maybe a horseshoe magnet of correct dimensions. At least then you can centralise pressure so it’s even over those higher spots? Thanks for video Sean.
