Great channel. What is the purpose of setting up rows then leveling the rows down ?

We’re not leveling them completely. The do-all smooths the top peak of the hipped up beds down for a flatter seed bed for the planter to run on, and many times busts clods or shifts them to the middles where they will not be and issue for planting

Do you farm near a dairy? Ask them for fertilizer. It's free as long as you haul it out yourselves.
