One thing they missed is, before you line up you have to strap up your chin strap

Hands are down, need to be up in a ready position. Especially if the DB is in a BnR or Jam technique. First thing each receiver did at the snap was drop down, so why not start at the lower position. your first step will be more explosive and up field.
