Edit: Apparently the couple I watched in slow mo were just incredible awareness from the guy with the stop watch. Also, the 4.21 unofficial time has been corrected to a 4.28 official time.

If Brees was 6’3, I think he goes in the first and not the second. Rice ran a 4.71 second 40 and he maybe the best receiver ever. There are a lot of intangibles, or lack of, that gets missed during the draft process.
