Spoiler: I'm still thinking Simone although all of the people talking about her while writing the test gives me pause (would they edit in so many "maybe Simone" if she was actually the mole?). She seemed to be the one that asked the cops near the end of the tunnel task if they were on the right street and she said it was the right one to everyone else, this would gaurentee they would run out of time (although by that point the challenge was pretty much lost). So 3 people clearly chose for the 5000 euros. 2 chose for the whole group to go through. They didn't show what Ruben, Olcay and Jan chose. At least one of them chose the money and at least one chose to go through.. the mole.. because that choice would prevent them from earning more money. I think Jan is the mole and he chose for the group. He also walked past everyone except Stine, but the wooden board had his name on it. 'JA Nee'.

Once again, a big thank you! I'm now on episode 4 and my mole is still Jan. I feel like neither Stine, Loes and Emilio are the mole because they had little to do in the tunnel task. So that leaves my with Simone, Ruben, Olcay and Jan. Olcay is by far the most intriguing candidate this series, so she's my second option. I'm not sure if she's actually the mole, as she seems quite gullible and "real" in her reactions, so I'm rooting for her to win if she really isn't. Anyway, this year they are one hell of a suspicious bunch, it could literally be any of them. Going to replay the quiz task and look for clues.

Thanks again, Marieke! . . . . . Earlier in the series I was hoping the mole wasn't Stine, because she's such an obvious choice, but now I'm pretty sure she's just a contestant who's "moling" all the time. I noticed how she was always isolating herself from the others and making challenges fail, but this episode makes me think differently. In the zip line challenge, she refuses to participate even though she wants to try it someday. If she were the mole, she would've known that Emilio took the envelope across already, so she should've done the challenge so no one would suspect her. But the fact she draws attention to herself by not participating means that she's either a contestant or she's a master of double-bluffing. At this point I'm not sure who the mole is, because this team is so colossally bad at earning any money! :D

Also, if Emilio’s envelope was indeed the one with the money, then the challenge was already won. Olcay went straight after just for fun.

Really... who just gives away a black exemption for nothing in return? She didn't even ask Stine to tell her when she planned to use it so if she had a joker she wouldn't use it at the same time. She is either really stupid, wants to confuse ONLY Stine (as the 2 of them were the only ones initially aware of the exchange), or she (Olcay) IS the mole. BTW... how did any other contestant "hear" that Olcay may have given the black exemption to Stine? Really strange....

SPOILER: Stine said that she thinks Emilio is the mole and didn't mention anyone else,but at the end of the episode we find out that he isn't...also during the phone call she said that they hung up on her while they didn't.I know Loes also thinks Emilio is the mole but idk she wasn't sus in this episode

Could anybody tell me what sentence Emilio said in the end of his task during second challenge (on the video it will be 26:08-26:11)? Marieke translated it as "that's my answer”, but some polish people think that they hear sentence in polish “wezmę na odwrót” that means “ I’ll do opposite”, what suits the events. Are you sure that he was using the Dutch language at this particular moment?

I think she is the mole! She has been very shady and controlling. It's hard to know if it is her strategy to look too obvious as a mole or if she is the mole. But I think it looks very much like her. What do others think, could that be her?

Yeah, I know that coming because the one who left did not do any thing suspicious this episode. Spoiler: I still don't think Jan or Olcay is the mole. If one of them is, they are so good to play that fanatic. But who knows? My main mole is still one of Loes, Simone or Stint. Loes is the mole or the loser in the final, I think. Anyway, I will wait if someone can see anything in the Choices Task. The episode name is Looking forward, so wass the mole somewhere behind Art?

SPOILER . . . . . . . . The main clue regarding what Art said that the Mole was all the time next to them: it may mean that Art asked the questions from the perspective of the mole. Therefore, the questions: "Are you willing to get rid of...?" contained only the names of the contestants that can be really eliminated, i.e.: Jan, Emilio, Stine, Ruben and Loes. There was no Olcay or Simone to get rid of. Moreover, the title of this task was "It's not as it seems" - Simone got the question "Are you the mole?" and she answered "No", which may indicate that she is... Who knows... ;]

Right now I don't know. It seems like a lot of people suspect either Stine or Simone and I don't see why at the moment. However At 25:59 there is someone behind Emilio and this person looks a little bit like Stine...or not xD Olcay is suspicious in every episode but maybe it's just her strategy. Right now I don't have a clear suspect. Last year I found it much easier

Although with the whole double murder Julius Caesar play maybe there are two moles this season? I don’t know, I’m so confused.

Depends on what situation is coming up next. The mole could just not want the black exemption in the hands of a player because that takes away power from them. But what really confused me is how she gave it away. If she was a player she would have traded it for information of jokers.

Dale McClung Do you really think a mole would just give away his black exemption? Most moles are 'try hard to look like a candidate'. Thomas even stole jochems joker last year! My main suspects are stine, simone and maybe loes. They all vote for emilio or contestants who are obviously not the mole. They all dont earn a lot of money and are suspicious for distinct reasons.

The Mole has a long history.... Originated in a country in Europe somewhere, eventually caught the attention of other countries. The US The Mole has had it for 5 seasons, canceled twice. Australia has quite a few seasons as well... Multiple seasons in various European countries, with Netherlands the most successful at the moment. Even though I haven't watched every season ever, I enjoy watching this because it's modern and the subtitles are good quality. I can understand your confusion on why this might be popular for those who don't speak Dutch, but it's simply because this isn't a Dutch show exclusively. Different countries have different versions of Big Brother and Survivor as well.
