And what obese people don't realize is that you only need to do HIIT training 3 times a week. And they can walk or do yoga on other days. One doesn't have to workout hard. One can get burned out quickly by working out too hard. Workout smarter, not harder.

She was post op femur fracture repair (ORIF) and about four weeks later she went into cardiac arrest in the rehab facility she was in. My dear aunt.. my only aunt. Blood clots can be hereditary.My mother died of a pulmonary blood clot she was 66. My baby sister died of a blood clot at the age of 50. She had her first chemo treatment for ovarian cancer and died later that day. When I was 46 years old I had blood clots in both lungs and heart.Also had blood clots in both legs from my groin to my ankles.I am 68 now and will never understand how I survived all those blood clots and my mother and sister didn't.

There's nothing wrong with family and friends helping. But why does she need the public to help her with lawn services and snow removal? Why does she need strangers to help support her and her kids? Didn't she inherit his life insurance, property, personal belongings, jewelry, social security, bank accounts, etc., when he passed away? Seems like people create GoFundMe accounts every time something happens to them. As if other people owe it to them to pay their bills. Sorry for her loss but taking care of finances should be the first thing a couple does BEFORE they get married.
