So this week, I found a way to have Google translate the subs for me. Now I still had to add a shitload since they decided to place the candidates under a waterfall and have those not included in the downloaded subs. And Google translate, as great as it is nowadays, is not perfect. So it still took me nearly the same amount of time to fix the translations as it would to just do them myself. Plus, a lot of the time, Google chooses grammar or phrasing I wouldn't chose so next week, I'm probably back to just doing it myself. If there are any phrases that really don't make any sense, let me know in a comment to this, I must've missed that one then and I'll fix it.

Thanks again Marieke! . . . . Anyone else find this group really unlikeable? Almost every year I feel like I'd love to be on holiday (plus a bit of WIDM) with the group, but this year I think I'd find them exhausting. Partly it's because of all the moleing - Sinan does nothing, Jamie is almost slapstick in his bumbliness, Niels has from day one made overt and silly mistakes... and I'm pretty sure that geen van dem de Mol is. Which leaves in reverse order three mole suspects: 3. Rick Paul - just doesn't feel like the Mole to me. 2. Merel - from the start, there's been something fishy about Merel, and I suspect that there'll be an opportunity to lose a lot of the pot soon which might be why she was so good at earning it this time. 1. Sarah - she wasn't really on my radar until last week, but all of a sudden I think I have tunnelvisie; everything she does seems suspicious to me. Splitting Sinan's code between the two? Suspicious. Multiple walkie-talkie errors? Suspicious. That whole thing with taking another group's photo? A bit suspicious. Her reaction to being safe? An act. I'm probably wrong and these are all just my tunnel vision seeing things in a bad light. If it's any of the others, fair play - except Sinan. If he's the Mole, being the do-nothing mole would make him just about the worst ever.

Spoilers * * * Sinan is doing the boring tactic "The last three years de mol has been male so de mol will be female this year" in only ever suspecting women as de mol, suspected Evi then went full on Evelien and now she left he said Merel last week and now hes saying de mol is definitely a woman this week" I mean sadly it seems very true to be the case. Merel being the mol at this point makes 100% sense, Robert was on her, but after this episode and spending so much time with her and so much success in the assignments with her hes no longer suspicous of her and is instead on Rick Paul and Jamie, and then hes eliminated. I think this is just even more evidence that Merel is de mol, and ill be stuck in that tunnel until proven otherwise. I predict a final 3 of Merel, Rick Paul and Sinan, with Merel being the mol, and I truly hope Rick Paul is the winner.

Sarah is the mole. Everyone looks suspicious in the episodes except Sarah (and Robert). Its a trick of the editors of the serie.

​@@markabc178 Sarah was semi suspicious this episode I will admit "I want to do the word puzzle, oh btw im dyslexic and shouldnt have done the word puzzle" but similarly with Robert, too much goes right with her. I keep thinking of when her and Jamie both got 250 euro each in episode 2, when they didn't need to, if either of them was de mol there was no need to add that much money to the pot, as well as this episode with the code, she didn't need to remember Sinans, should could have left that up to Merel. She wanted to be treasurer with no ulterior motive because no assignments specifically for the treasurer. There was no need to label which side was up, for the blocks in the puzzle and poles assignment in episode 3, if she were de mol. I permanently removed Sarah from my suspicions after episode 3 and I stand by that, if she were de mol she has wasted a lot of good moling opportunities.

@@jed9739 Ok honestly those are good arguments. My theory is, is that Sarah wants to be trusted. And later in the game, she gets all the money out of the game in some way. Rick, the creator of wie is de mol, said that there will be a point in the series where we will sit on the edges of our seat, and that moment has yet to come. My guess is on that moment, the money will go to 0

@@markabc178 Hmmm I guess we will see, but I personally think the mol should be more consistent with losing the money instead of just dropping it down to 0. But I guess it would make sense to earn more money this episode (what Sarah and Merel did) to be able to lose it all the next episode but seem like you helped the pot a lot.

I can't help thinking the order in which the scenes change is somehow a clue to who the mole is, but I haven't found rhyme or reason to it yet. Is this normal? Nou, ik heb zeker wel een paar uur nodig om de aflevering te vertalen. Ik snap dat het waarschijnlijk jou niet gaat om de vertaling maar daar gaat dit kanaal wel om. Ik ben hier niet om NLers van de aflevering te voorzien, die kunnen naar Uitzending Gemist. Ook in het buitenland gewoon te bekijken... Ik vertaal de boel voor buitenlanders die geen Nederlands kunnen. Dat duurt tijd. Daarvoor moet ik dus alle tekst zelf vertalen. Daarnaast, heb ik ook een leven waardoor ik niet altijd op zaterdagavond thuis zit om dat meteen te doen. Vandaag ben ik ook pas vanmorgen hiermee begonnen. Dus ik werk zo snel als ik kan en het komt, wanneer het komt...

Spoiler . . . . . . . . . I'm pretty sure that Rick Paul is the mole. In every episode he's saying that he's voting for someone from the beggining, but every time it's someone else. Also, in second episode he said that he voted for Evelien (and one more person but I can't remember tho it was), but when Evi has to go home, he said that he went for Evi. A bit weird..

I had the same tunnelvision! Or maybe deep inside I really just like Robert and I wanted him to be in the finale. Turns out, everybody finds him too honest to be the Mole. Anyways, now I’m on Merel and Sinan. Merel because I believe the storyline of Robert working with Merel only to find her so endearing. And Sinan - he does nothing. Hahaha.

Thanks for upload. This is my first season watching and was wondering could someone explain why they have a treasurer? What can people do with the money during the game? Can the mole destroy/lose the money if they hold the position?

There is always someone who holds the money. Sometimes the treasurer is placed in a position by the host during the game. There has also been seasons where money disappeared or the treasurer could bet money during games. Actually stealing money as or from a treasurer hasn't happened in a while.

I think the mole is..... Niels. Last episode he seemed to be "there" when things went wrong. This time he wanted to be the penultimate abseiler. He also keeps a low profile, just like the mole should. I also think Jaime is the mole. His body language during the confessionals makes him seem too happy to lose money. I'm almost certain the finale three are going to be Jamie, Niels, and the mole. :-)

Spoiler . . . . . . With last episode, I ruled out Sarah and Niels. I dont think Sinan is the mole because if he is, it will be so lame. So my suspects went to Merel, Jamie and Rick Paul. Merel doing great this episode my be an act because they did not earn much money up to now. Jamie and Rick Paul did so much suspicious thing during all the tasks this episode. So that's it. Anyway, I dont know why I dont like much this year contestants. No one to root for.

I am not in love with this cast either - I sort of liked Sarah, but when I found out she helped Niels with switching the joker, I lost all respect for her. Maybe it is because of last season's outstanding show that I am disappointed so far with this season's cast/production.
