Bis auf dieses Stück bin ich kein Fan von Mauerersbergers Werken und ich habe fast alle von ihm gesungen. Zudem gefällt mir auch auch nicht seine Interpretation, da gibt es schönere. ABER: Die Aufnahme ist von 1952, 11 Kruzianer sind 1945 gestorben, alle die hier singen haben diese Nacht miterlebt, dass hier die Stimmen nicht wie bei Bach klingen ist nachzuvollziehen.
