He might think he’s not cheating on his wife but he is. Him showing more care for his ex than his current wife is just an obvious sign of the difference in affection.

This idiot knows his wife is upset with him, visiting his ex so often in the hospital, and he doesn't seem to care. It's not a married man's job to take care of another woman. You don't have to be in a physical relationship to cheat and this man is cheating. He is putting this woman ahead of his own wife and she has every right to be upset.

He is not making any sense. I don't agree with anyone staying neutral about it. I don't know how marriage law is in China, but in my country you have the responsibility to take care of your sick spouse and if you don't it's considered neglect and you can be punished for it.

Spoiler . . . . . . . . . . .Four eyes realizes he treated his wife horribly and they resolve all their problems. Ex goes back to where she came from. The other couple, starring the cheating douche and the chia pet, end up being completely miserable after his divorce. Once everyone finds out about the affair he sees how utterly selfish she is and how good his wife was. Gets jealous when he sees his ex moving on with a very accomplished man while his life is going down the toilet. Chia pet wants to get married, he hesitates. She goes to get drunk. He finds her plastered and that’s when she confesses that they can’t get married because she is already married to someone in America. He breaks up, she lies about being pregnant. While on the way to the airport they get into a horrible accident where he is now paralyzed. Wife of course leaves new man to take care of sons father. Finds out lying Chia pet was never pregnant. Then the chia pet acts like she’s the one who loves him the most and will take care of him, but wife informs her he’ll never walk again. Tells her off good and sets her straight on what true love really is. Once chia pet realizes her lover will never walk again and she’ll spend most of her time helping him than she bounces. Wife takes cheater home because of son and says goodbye to the good, kind man. The End!
