Aw whilst it's good to see Jim get his promotion, I can't help feeling that all of this has made him bitter. At least his employer recognised his good work - eventually. His wife I think was mainly frustrated with him, she obviously should never have cheated on him and I can understand not wanting to forgive that but on the other hand if they'd both communicated better before this, her wanting him to move forward and him obviously caring and wanting to please her they could have found a better way forward. I realise I'm probably looking too deeply into this but I honestly think she was sorry.... Good delivery of the lines though!
