Chai Recommendation for Laiba: DRINK LIPTON!! seriosuly lipton tea bags are sooo fast and delicious. Boil hot water and put two tea bags in your cup. Let it sit for 2 minutes or less with your sugar and pour in warm milk. Try it please I think ur gonna love it cuz I love it.

For chai: try the red label tea bags less messy only found at Iqbal’s or nearest indian store. For the cutting board, put a slightly wet paper towel under it so it doesn’t move, its dangerous cutting board moving like that when u r cutting! Enjoy❤

Hi i am a physiotherapist I would suggest towel curls, toe stretch, ankle ROMs and i would suggest you to also do the ankle ROMs with your feet dipped in warm water with some salt for 15 to 20 minutes or just rest your feet in it the do your exercises
