Florida mom Laurie Shaver was arrested and charged with second-degree murder in 2020 after her husband, Michael Shaver, had been missing since 2015. His body was discovered buried beneath a concrete slab in Laurie Shaver’s backyard. In a shocking twist, the couple’s daughter confessed to the crime, claiming she shot her father to protect her mother, who allegedly said he was abusing her at the time. However, in opening statements, Laurie Shaver’s attorney said her lover, Jereme Townshend, shot and killed Michael. If convicted, Laurie Shaver could face life in prison.

The defendant was already having supposedly a friendship with her current husband but still sent this in her murdered husband’s name. The defendant is truly a psycho without a doubt. I never forget the video made by her attorney and the defendant saying she was innocent, supposedly a Christian, like wrongfully accused and when the defendant was talking too much then her attorney cut her off and spoke. She was seated in a lounge chair and long dress acting like an innocent person.

The killer, Laurie, was having an affair with this witness Vanessa's husband, Jereme. Laurie killed her husband Michael. This trial is regarding that. This witness Vanessa has stayed with Jereme, her husband,and they are participating in Laurie's trial for the prosecution. Laurie's 15 year old daughter is claiming she shot and killed Michael who was beating her mother and her mother buried him to protect her (she was 7 at the time of the murder).

Surprisingly, I haven't followed this case. After the title sucked me into watching this. I figured a husband wouldn't have been the one to send flowers to the wife of the man having an affair with his wife. As soon as she read the note, I was convinced it had to be the wife. I can't imagine an angry man sending multiple fb messages, then flowers with a note to read the fb messages. That has jealous women trying to hurt the wife you want written all over it, IMO
