Perhaps to makes this interesting. I feel like they purposely threw in the doctor character to keep us hooked. They want to make it even more fascinating, you know? And here's the thing, sometimes I find myself hating the male lead too and rooting for the second lead. XD It's like they want us to have mixed feelings and keep us guessing. I gotta say, it's pretty cool how dramas can mess with our emotions like that. They know how to make us question our preferences and get us all wrapped up in the story. It's like they have this magical power to control how we feel about the characters. I love the complexity it brings to the drama tho and how it keeps me glued to the screen.
