I went to see this house in Andover and I didn’t like it . Ross from Graham and co said I could get this house for 2 hundred thousand even though the asking price was 217 .the area where the house is not a good area .I hope you got this house in much lower price. Anyway Congratulations for your new home.

Really? I initially started with 190k but told me it was way too low. After that 197k, that is when they informed me that vendor rejected 205k offer a week ago and is looking for 210k minimum. Ani i put an offer of 208k. that was also rejected verbally. but after 2-3 days called me saying if the offer is still on table. But I am happy with the purchase price as houses around that area were going for 230-240 k . even recently house next door got sold for 235k jati.
