Yrrr i am recently obbsessd with u guys and what feeanshu said i totally agree with him and even today i have realised the importance of the person who gaves everything in your hand Basically mein ek bigdi hui baachi hu mujhe hamesha se har chizz haat mein mili hai......and this time jab puri raat jag ke exam dene jaana ,10 km jaana aur aana khud hi drive karke ( physically and mentally fully exahusted)........and then ghar pe aake sabko khaana sirf garam karke Dene mein parsone mein and then wo bartan uthake sirf bhahr rakhne mein ( although my father even said to help me but it's not possible for him to do all this because he is physically handicap and my mother was at office) and then apne liye maagie banke khaane mein ( all this work takes Just 20 mins) but this had me dying because after doing this i have to even prepare my bag and get ready for tuitions and ofc have a sleep too ( i only have one and half an hour btw) and then when I just slept our house worker came .....have to give her food and water and all the utensils that need to wash finally I got my sleep but just for half an hour and then got ready for my tutions made me realise importance of my dadi espically!!!!!!!! She had gone to our relatives house! P.s. :- This was the first time I have drove my Jupiter to school and have even attended tutions during exam made it more exuashting for me and also most importantly i realised importance of dadi mumma and papa uncle everyone out there who do households chores Salute to u all and great respect!!!!!!

Keerat you are a true inspiration and i can understand what you are feeling right now stress, pressure.. Me too went through the same phase and you know what helped me to sail smoothly is yoga and pranayam which i am doing for a year now and trust me not only it has helped me to get rid of negativity and pressure but also my mental and physical state is so nicely toned now and i am loving it, Give it a try once start simple with 10min only per day and you will start noticing the difference.. And NO its not a advice i just felt like sharing to make you feel a little better and feeanshu you are a rockstar, keep up the good work and you too give it a try for your neck and shoulder pain.
