A wife attending night vigil alone without her husband and kids, shows she was encountered problems with so called husband, otherwise she would not involve her neighbour to committed such an horrendous attack with anger. She must plead for insanity or else she would face death penalty or life sentence for such a horrific crime. First she needs to pray for forgiveness and asks God for His intervention.. this is because justice needs to be served in this case, however, our King of Kings will have the final say since she was attending night vigil all the time. Her prayer group should step up and pray for forgiveness for her horrendous murder she has committed. May the Almighty Lord have Mercy Upon her for the sake of her children.

If the wife has been charged for first or second degree murder her defense lawyer will plead for involuntary manslaughter. Especially since the crime committed was in the heat of passion. But he will not be exculpated for the crime. Her defense attorney has an herculean task to present her defense in order to mitigate the sentence. This should be a lesson to all wives, fiancée not to retaliate and do something horrendous to your husband’s side chick or the husband. While you’re spending life behind bars the husband will be romanticizing with other women. I feel for the children.

Very insightful Nezeville, we discussed provocation today in my tutorial class, we looked at both elements the subjective test where we question if the defendant was provoked, and also the objective test where we now question if a reasonable man would have been provoked given the same circumstances and if the reasonable man would have reacted the same way, and Ofcourse the longer the time between the provocation and the act(stabbing, resulting in murder) the harder it is to claim provocation since you have more time to "cool off". I enjoy watching you from the caribbean

I’d say there was more argument for provocation in this instance if she went after the husband as well, but I would need to know more to the situation to say for sure. I mean, what are the previous circumstances around the husband’s cheating? Does she know the side chick on a personal level? Have they had run-ins beforehand? It doesn’t seem provocation would work for her because of the reasonable man requirement. No reasonable person would consider murder the correct response to any situation that isn’t life threatening.
@ansoucamara946211 ай бұрын
This was premeditated because, she was called by a neighbor and at that point she came with the mindset to really hurt the lady. Self defense wasn't mentioned in your explanation and in fact the husband tried to stop her but she still carried out the murder. Nobody has the right to take another person's life just because of cheating on you. Anyway, the law will take action. I rest my peace. My thoughts......😢😢😢😢As a Zimbabwean with a keen interest in anthropological issues across various communities and tribes in Zimbabwe, coupled with exposure to diverse Africans from different countries, I find myself contemplating a rather intriguing scenario. It appears that the events surrounding this Phiri side chick may have been premeditated. Following numerous discussions and plans, it seems she became a "wanted person," carefully observed by those involved. When she finally appeared, the neighbor dutifully executed a previously instructed task - alerting the wife. Unfortunately, the wife, driven by emotions, took drastic action. While I hesitate to assert that the wife meticulously planned her response, entering another woman's house in such a bold manner often invokes notions of spiritual influence. Many people tend to believe that a man under such a woman's spell needs liberation from the spiritual forces controlling him, providing a possible explanation for why the confrontation was directed at the woman rather than the man.

Being around people with the « all men cheat » mentality, I knew at a very young age (by 12 yo), what I would exactly do. i knew that I would leave that man at that exact time, and never ever geting Back to him. So when it happened to me at 23 yo, I left the man with the clothes I had on me, and the rest was hell but still I wasn’t moved. 10 years later, if it happens to me again, I know I will be leaving the man who took the vows publicly with me. I have no business with no other woman, as I would never have met her if he didn’t take his feet (all of them) to bring a 3rd person in our business. Not blaming nobody here, but for a man to feel this entitled it is because women often accept this and would even exhude that energy of « it is my husband ». That lack of accountability for men has been going on for só long that they have no limits. Sexual immorality is the only reason (don’t quote me on this) is the only reason the Lord allowed divorce, and he said people calling wrong right and right wrong will be judged and punished. So church people, think twice before typing anything here. Killing someone is very well not allowed by the Lord. I hope she is punished accordingly and that the husband will continue with his life as his wife allowed him to walk away alive and free. When it comes to women, you have to be Jason Statham to take your 2 feet and go boldly into a married man home, and even imagine that you can take a sur at his table. You gotta watch the level of drug you take. Thank you for the wisdom my beautiful lady

Stacy is 💯 percent wrong. Let her face it. I don't understand the regular church prayer sessions where a wife will go without taking her toddlers along... Why always going alone? And why would she go and grab another knife 🗡️ after the first one was collected from her? Premeditated! She can't plead provocation in the murder in her house. WOMEN, DON'T PURPOSELY KILL FOR ANY HUSBAND OR FOR ANY REASON EXCEPT FOR SELF DEFENCE. WHAT THE HUSBAND DID WITH THE SIDE CHICK WAS DISRESPECTFUL AND UNACCEPTABLE, BUT KILLING THE PERSON WHO WAS HER HUSBAND'S "GUEST" IN A DEFENCELESS SITUATION, WAS TOO BRUTAL. STACY SHOULD FACE THE LAW.

What type of God does she go to vigil to pray to all the time without having the fruits of the spirit... Are you sure she is not guilty of the same offence?

Your video is very captivating and educative, the way that you narrate the story and how you shared your experience as a lawyer is immeasurable. I also believe that she will not go unpunished because we are talking about someone’s life here , in as much as am not in support of the act of adultery, justice has to be served . It so unfortunate that her husband will be a free man despite he was the reason for the whole problem.

Oh Stacey I wish you didn’t do that at all, rather have left the house for that Man. How another woman will treat your kids. The regrets you will have afterwards when you are probably in Jail gives me headache 😮😊😊😊😢😢😢😢😢

Like I said before I blame that Neighbor and I blame the husband and the side chick. Now she could claim mental insanity. But I hope that she comes out right. Cause if you have never been there you do not know what you will do. So let's just pray for her.

We are here the zimbos. That man respected noone. Not even the side chick. If he respected her he would not have brought her into the house.

You doing great peperempe. You are the real definition of content creator. As for the case e choke. Human laws generally are designed to protect the victim. It’s not a test of moral rightness. But if Stacy was actually provoked, who provoked her? Her church for taking a married woman and mother out at night? Her husband for crossing the lines or the side chic for trespassing.
