That sounded like quite the punishment! Sometimes fear of change is fear of success. Change - it's the only thing that stays the same. Lastly, I hope that your fur baby is doing ok. ❤

It’s sounds like you had it coming and you took it like a champ the fact that you are willing to face the music when you do mistakes just shows how great of a leader you are you are On the side note I would still rather take 100 cane strokes then 30 min in corner time 😂 You guys are amazing and thank you for sharing

It’s amazing that you are willing to have hubby hold you accountable, not to make it fair necessarily, but to make sure you also know the standards you have to put yourself to. Also, pretty irrelevant question: what breeds are your dogs?

We have an Australian cattle dog wild man, a Regal elder statesman corgi mixed with a German shepherd and a princess dachshund mixed with an English pointer. The dachshund has had ivdd surgery ag few years ago and is either relapsing or she's just sore and tweaked it from being rambunctious. She never leaves my side but she's doubly by my side when she doesn't feel good. I get sick to my stomach any time my beloveds are not well and it hinders my concentration. That wasn't an excuse for my missed deadline. Hubby has been wonderful in running her to the vet, etc and we switch up. It's just been stressful. I think a part of me wanted to miss my deadline just so i can turn my brain off for a little bit and let someone take over. I see what hubby gets out of this. If this keeps up, we may switch to a DD style marriage where I'm still in charge ..90% of the time

@@WifeyLed Yeah, I can see how that must have taken a toll on you. When my dog got really sick with Cancer it took up almost all of my brainpower. I worried constantly and it made me feel worse that I just couldn’t find a way to make it better. He ended up dying a couple months later and I’d say those were some of the most stressful months of my life.

@@WifeyLedI'm sorry about your furry companion, they make things so much better. Best wishes. Wonderful that you praise hubby's efforts, it seems these days some wives don't show appreciation nor gratitude. I'm so blessed to be from the Cretaceous Period! I've been wondering if the toll of making all the devisions is wearing on you, it certainly wears me down. What is DD marriage?. That 90% division sounds like a good solution. Nitpicking: couple of your key words are misspelled. Or maybe I don't know "ivdd surgery"?

@@WeLoveIzzips We lost our big Red Australian cattle dog to cancer. I fing hate those memories. He was the best of the best, you know...and just to be taken like that. I will never really get over it. With the dachshund, it's like she never outwardly expresses anything, she just acts like a completely different dog and it scares me. she will just stare at me like, "Why aren't you helping" and i feel so guilty. we are, of course, doing all we can but how do you explain that to her. we have to keep her confined and only moving when she needs to adn she wants to run every chance she gets, then it hurts and it starts the cycle over again.

@@WifeyLed Yes. My dog just carried himself much more sad. like he was giving up, and nothing was helping. we obviously tried our best too, but he just lay around, always tired, and frail. It was heartbreaking. I’m goad he’s not in pain anymore, but that also means he’s gone from us.

I just saw this video, and writing now so I don't overcome my reaction with that pesky thinking/analyzing/reasoning. I watched with downright glee. Savoring each moment. Glued to the screen. I have no idea why, maybe I'll figure it out later. I don't suggest any changes, your structure works very well. Not editing/thinking. It's wonderful that hubby came thru, causing you to do well. Exactly how it's supposed to work. The benefit(s) shoild always be included. You did so well describing the aftercare, showing the true love, devotion and bond you have. Sure wish more couples had that deep relationship, which doesn't have to be FLR. I'm delighted to say I do, in spite of not being FLR.😜 I have a lot on my plate, so--shockingly--your videos aren't at the top of my list.😱 First video, yes, list, no. Fear not, you can't get rid of me. Got to sign off, that analyzing/reasoning/thinking nuisance is kicking in.

You have a career of making videos, your creativity and imagination are incredible. I don't know if length of video is a factor, yours are so riveting. As I said, yours are the only videos I watch at normal speed. Other [inferior] videos, even at 1.5 speed, I tend to stay away when they go over 20 min. I have several topics of great interest, hence viewing time is , , , congested. Just watched Hubby's 30 min video of what you do. I was tempted, but didn't speed it up. IE: Hubby kept my attention. Well done!. But (horrible word!). I think much over 30 min is too long. That's saying a lot, that's 50% longer than other videos.

@@WifeyLedYou're welcome, you earned it!. I watch a lot of videos due to my deep interest in a few categories. This got me to thinking--had to turn off that pesky smoke alarm--as much as I admire some creators, I've never commented on the videos themselves, rather simply the content. Except yours. Realizing this was quite a surprise.😻 You two are not "Wifey and Hubby", you're "us", something only long-term relationships trily grasp. Thus when I say "you", it's plural. Your love of the topic really shines thru. If you love what you do, it's not a job.

I like the chipotle black bean burgers from Costco better. Less processed with the right amount of kick. Beyond or Impossible burgers are tasty but they kind of freak me out.

@@drbeezer ok so this is random, we were just there at ovens auditorium. Across the street is a vegan place called, "bean'.. freaking awesome vegan diner food .. Like greasy spoon style vegan. We ended up with fried Tofu in Korean bbq and a spicy jalapeno burger and fishless fish sandwich. It was outstanding with the crispiest greasiest tater tots ever.

She's so ...unique :) Still, it's diner style, not uppity scale vegan haute cuisine. I'ts really weird to get like..greasy burger and tater tots that are vegan. the bleu cheese substitute stuff is actually good. it's daiya cheese, and i always get the diablo burger - fried pickled jalapenos are my jam
