I have two 6kw Crown hybrid inverters installed in July 2022. System is working fine. Recently installed Crown Monitor app on my iPhone. When I tried to register my modules it says duplicate registry. I contacted my installer who initially registered both inverters. He forgot username and password. Please help what to do

I have recently installed Nova 8.2 hybrid inverter and really not happy with crown monitor app, it works intermittently, the data logger appears online and signal status shows as 100%, however the actual wifi device appears offline with no realtime status, would it not better to provide direct interface to read data rather it connect to your server which may be underperforming! And slowing things down. In addition I tried on iPhone and the app doesn't connect at all, it's v frustrating when you spent so much money and things doesn't work at all.
