Misty get yourself one of those cool towels. I just ordered 6 on Amazon. When I go to bed I leave one at the side of the bed. You wet it and it stays cool. It’s a life saver. When I have a warm spell at night I wrap it around my neck for a couple minutes. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I sleep really hot. At night I have the AC on 64, plus a ceiling fan & Dyson type fan blowing on me. I just ordered a BedJet. If I can raise my AC at night to 68 I’ll be happy.
