I really love Scharner's passion and love for this football club. It was sad to see him leave the club he loved the most, but to see him come back and win the FA Cup whilst saving the cup he loves from relegation touches my heart. When I saw him cry, I was almost going to cry, and I'm not even a Wigan fan. However, that love for a football club is something only a couple of players have. I hope he stays with Wigan and retires with them.

Im not really into football much but well done Wigan! Football now is all about money / so Wigan have done brilliantly! A team with a huge amount of supporters and/ or a very rich person giving them funds who go to each game will always have more money and therefore more success than any smaller team. Its like justice in a court of law, the people with the best and most expensive lawyers nearlys always win regardless of justice. I always stick up for the underdog.

I don't have a praticular club, Manchester United though is the one I mainly prefer but that doesn't mean i'm a gloryhunter or whatever I just enjoy watching the sport no matter whose playing. I have quite a few players I like, Messi, Van Persie, Torres, David Villa, Wayne Rooney are some players I enjoy. The point is that my arguement is that just because Wigan are most likely to get relegated doesn't mean they're not allowed to win a trophy. Arsenal is unlikely to win a trophy though. Agree?

Birmingham is a big CITY, Wigan is a small TOWN who average over 19,500 fans a game in a 25,000 capacity stadium in an area having to compete for fans with teams like Liverpool, Everton, Man United and Man City, as well as competing with the rugby for fans; yet we still took a quarter of Wigan's population to Wembley (25,000). Every time I see Birmingham on tv, there is no atmosphere there at all How many FA Cups have you won again?
