To be fair when you’ve been prevented from buying anyone for 18 months it’s hard but the next two years things will turn around as they are doing for Arsenal. Look at Burnley they’ve done the same as Bolton did lasted about 7 years in the Premier then the lack of big money takes it’s toll.
