Wigno Weir Measurement

Last time we looked at how to set up weir and orifice boards. Now, we're measuring that weir with actual flow! This is a 3.30' foot wide suppressed weir, with a water depth of 0.31'.
The flow is Q = 3.33*l*h^1.5 = 1.90 cubic feet per second
