I got this game when it first came out. Looking back on it, this version has NOT aged well... But, I guess that's because the Wii had its limits. Luckily, I got a Wii U a few months ago, so hopefully I can experience this game to it's fullest!

I really loved the era of everyone porting their “next-gen” toys to life games on the Wii. Sure, the Wii had a ton of limitations, but it’s still all the more impressive that they got a cut down port of the game to even run on Wii.

W101 is shown by many to be fairly challenging and they're currently developing Smash U/3DS (a game balanced between hardcore and casual for the perfect competitive and fun playstyle) and they also are working on making Zelda games and shown initiate to make them more challenging "like before" (though I feel SS was decently tough). Not to mention the new DKCR: TB. The first Returns was rather challenging, so I can't wait. AC4 isn't the only hardcore game, and Disney is 3rd-Party, not Nintendo.

Graphics matter TO AN EXTENT you only need to be able to tell what you are looking at and they have to run smoothly or it just is lag. I personally like the STYLE they used I mean the wii is capable of a liiiiitle bit more but they went with a nice STYLe that looked appealing.

Because alotta Wii owners aren't getting Wii U's or can't supposedly afford it, therefore Wii owners don't exactly miss out on the experience, despite things are downplayed, it still packs all, if not majority, of the experience in.

Graphics only matter if you want your game to look good. This game is obviously targeting a much younger audience, but it doesn't look bad at all. This game wanted to have the cartoony art style and I think it's a creative idea. Like it or not, but to me this looks like an interesting game. And if my 6-year-old self saw this trailer, I would go crazy :)

You are excused. There is nothing wrong with them, they were awesome... in 1998. I had a N64 and loved it, and I still play Banjo Kazooie and Majora's Mask every year or two. But a game released in 2013 should not have these graphics. They aren't "retro" like some indie titles or "artistic" like Journey, they are just technically bad. As if no effort was put in trying it to look good.

I think that since this game probably wont draw a lot of people to Wii U, but is more of a cash-grab, they might as well release it for Wii so more people can buy it, and besides, it was made for Xbox 360 and PS3 IIRC, so the Wii is good enough.
