And then in the second game when he got one of the best first rolls I’ve ever seen, he landed and the UFO, and no one else had moved yet, so Dudy Dude got so far without even rolling, and Alfonso is all the way back at the start. And then he got last place, got a two, still hasn’t made it to the rope swing after 2 minigames. And then, he gets first and whaddya know, he gets a 3 with a first place dice, so after *3* minigames, he still hasn’t made it to the rope swing. And then he got the same UFO again and swapped with Theo, the one who was the closest to Alfonso, so that UFO did basically nothing. It did even more nothing when he lands on the dinosaur spot and rolls a t-Rex, which pushes him back ten spots, bringing him very close to where he just was on the UFO spot.

13:20 it’s never “up is down and down is up.” it always just rotates the controls. The easiest way to win that mini game is actually to rotate the Wii Remote until it lines up with the proper controls. It’s a “guess and check” method, but it actually works really well.

Little tip for the maze daze minigame. Remove the Wii remote strap from around your wrist if you have it on and rotate the Wii remote every time you reach a spinning platform so you can essentially not have the controls changed. The d-pad rotates in that game, it doesn't flip, so by rotating the remote, you can cheese it. I remember figuring out a way to cheese almost every minigame in Wii party when I was a kid (excluding the rng ones) because I played it so much. Same thing for mariokart wii and wii sports/resort. That was in like 2010, and to this day, my family won't play multiplayer games with me because they think I'm cheating. Well, technically I am, but they aren't supposed to know >:(
